Morimoto XB Tail Light Install on 2018 F-150

Finally replaced those bland OEM halogen lights with these new LED Morimoto XB tail lights. 10 out of 10....would recommend!! I tried just replacing the halogen bulbs with LED bulbs before this install, and have been driving around with erratic indications in the vehicle (but correctly functioning outside) due to the different levels of resistance in the bulbs. This install corrected all of that as well.

i have same truck and my same tail lights leave a gap towards the front of the tail lights and lets water in

Sorry to hear that. Did Morimoto offer to replace it?

@@ShealeysGaragebeen looking on forums and its a pretty common issue on the 18's. gonna do some tinkering on my own but if cant figure anything out ill just send them back

Is your truck 2020? And how are they holding up?

@@Mrdosyd 2018 and i love the lights they are definitely well made just a weird gap on one side i'm currently trying to fix
