Don't know if this will be mentioned later on, and don't know if Brett will read this, but for future information, each tribe has different bonuses and effects that apply to the whole region.
I won't list them all as it gets kind of crowded, but I WILL list the most notable ones, for better and worse.
Mystic is the most packed with features, as mentioned here they increase the odds of cheating death, but they also increase odds of captains with "cursed veins"(pale face with veins around face and eyes, like Zog) which can either spawn as a necromancer or have a chance on level up into a necromancer. They also add the chance to spawn in elemental graugs depending on the region, don't know if it applies to the desert though. Most important thing to remember is not to purify necromancer totems if you want boys cheating death a lot. Also adds more guys carrying cursed weapons naturally.
Dark is basically a tribe that worships Sauron even AFTER you recruit them, so a Dark overlord increases the odds of betrayal or ambushes. (For added pain factor) Outlaw tribe boys MIGHT do the same, but I can't confirm that.
Warmongers (Like the guy who was already overlord for the desert) add more grunts and foot soldiers through the region and DECREASE odds of betrayal. (For less pain, but where's the fun in that?)
Those are really the 3 (or 4) major ones that actually EFFECT the nemesis system mechanics, there's also stuff like Machine making guys spawn with fire weapons more often, and Beastmaster overlords causing all forms of beasts to be more common, but for drama and storytelling (or safety) Mystic, Dark, and Warmonger are the guys you want on top.

If I remember correctly, you can send one of your orcs to an unoccupied warchief slot to oppupy it. That will also help you in the siege
And now I need a Spider-Dwarf mod....thanks random uruks...I really appreciate some of the random banter lines, but on occasion they leave me with more questions or needs, than answers lol.
I really hate the shame mechanic in this game. Risking deranging captains just so you can recruit them, destroying the personality that made you want to recruit them in the first place.

@@pr_manager Regular shaming deranges them too. I wish it was just worse than death, but I've had it happen with regular shaming as well.

This stream reminded me of just how much I absolutely HATED the derangement mechanic in Shadow of War. It takes a cool Orc and just ruins his personality.
Doesn't help that Brett constantly has the dumbest option/perk (Worse Than Death) turned on, which basically guarantees a Derangement or a Maniac. Brett, turn the goddamn thing off!

I hope Tear sees this, since he's always running out of arrows there's actually a skill in the game where perfect counters restore one arrow. Unfortunately he will have to give up counters instantly killing grunts for it.
