    I made this using ghee as moyan not oil. They were very hard and could not be eaten by anyone. What mistakes did I make? I have tried all your recipes for mathri and pare,only mathri and pare containing besan turned out hard except besan papdi, which was very good.
    Why?

    निशाजी, मैं बेसन पारे , 3 बार बना चुका हूं। पहली बार जब बनाये थे तब बहुत खस्ता बने थे उसके बाद दोनों बार crispy नहीं बने। क्या कारन हो सकता है? मैंने थोड़ी ज्यादा अकल लगाकर थोड़ा सा बेकिंग सोडा भी डाल दिया था, हल्दी भी डाली थी, रोटी थोड़ी मोटी भी थी।
