Mam nice recipe jb bhi hum namak pare ya shakker pare. Banate hain to kadak ya talne ke baad naram ho jate hai , lekin taste acha rehta hai , Kya Kare iske liye pls bataye Taki khasta aur crispy rahe dish
believe me Nisha ji I have done all that... 250gm maida, almost 100gm Moen, tight dough with little water , salt and low flame frying for 6-8min... it gets bubbles?!... tastr is nice.. खस्ता भी बनते है but why bubbles come?
