Two question for you. 1 Can you assign a particular name to someone when they register, so that when they join the meeting it appears in a particular way. 2: How the registration process work in other languages..
I use the free graphic utility paint.net which will let you take your graphic and modify it. You can choose Image then Resize, which scales it down (or up) keeping the entire graphic intact. You can also choose Image then Canvas Size, which allows you to change the dimensions of the image, cutting off the extra pixels you don't need so that it matches the pixel dimensions you need exactly.

Those are for sharing and can't be changed to your social media site. For example, If you require registration, and I click on the icon, I can share it on my social media page. I don't jump to your page.

As host can I register name and email of a few other participants and the approval go to that email. This is for a few that must be at the meeting and in case the capacity fills up to the maximum number.
Let me make sure I have this right. You have a limit on the number of people that can be in the meeting. You want to make certain that a few participants are definitely in the meeting so their spot doesn't get taken by someone else? If that is the case, I would create the meeting in Zoom. Us. After you get the link send them the meeting link first, and let them know somehow that they need to register. You can let them know by a separate email or a text message or a phone call - just some suggestions.Once you know they're registered then I would open up the meeting to the other people. The maximum if you have the free or basic account with zoom or even the pro account is 100 people. Now if you have the free or basic it is going to timeout after 40 minutes. Let me know if I got that correct?

@Leslie Knight I looked for this answer and did not find it with my search. Here is what I *think* will happen. You can register more than 100 people. Since they haven't joined the meeting, they are only registering, I don't think Zoom will care. Now, when you start the meeting, you will not be allowed to have more than yourself and 99 participants in the meeting. I would've thought zoom would have a support article on this, but I could not find one.
Your PMI doesn't change, and people would have to register for your 1 meeting ID all the time. You would quickly go over 100 people AND that would also defeat the purpose of a PMI. It is usually used for co-workers and close friends' meetings.

Not that I know of. What you could do is add it as a question to your registration. if you are recording, hit record and say it at the beginning of your session.

Yes, but a little work. If you do registration and then compare the registration report to your attendance report you would know who showed and who didn't show. You have the emails of those people that didn't show in the registration report.

I just tested and that is how Zoom registration works by default. Now, you would have to have Automatic approval for them to come into the meeting immediately after filling out registration. With Manual, you would still have to approve them.

I tested this out myself. I created a meeting that required registration (but not requiring a Zoom account). I verified that a computer participant could not sign in with just the meeting ID (they are shown a prompt to register). As a dial-in participant I could connect as normal using the meeting ID. I did not have to enter any special code, just the meeting ID. It seems that registration only restricts online joining.

If you want to do a Zoom on-demand webinar, registration is required. I even tested this morning to make sure I was right. I can do a webinar and registration is not required, but as soon as I check On demand, registration is automatically checked. If I try to un check registration then on-demand gets turned off.
I don't believe you can embed the zoom meeting registration page. You could put in an image and hyperlink the image to the registration page. The registration data can be downloaded Excel format or viewed on zoom's website for the meeting.

Yes, you can view at any time. There is automatic registration and manual registration. If you pick manual you will need to approve the registrants.

It only works with a paid account. If you have a paid account, check it when setting up a meeting on the web.

You can share the link and its unique that is only one person either you or the shared person will attend meeting.

The polling feature is part of Zoom's paid account. I tried it with a free account I have and it does not show up in setting.

Hello. The participants must register if you turn on registration. So as the host, you can't register anyone.

How does someone dialing into a meeting register? It requires an email. What about those who don't have an email

Can't we create a csv for emails without manually approved?
You can import a csv file for a webinar, but I don't believe it is possible for a meeting.
