Looks amazing we have travelled all through South East Asia & and it's the same.... there is so much to eat & yes there is always something new to try heading to South Korea & Japan in the not distant future we love Korean cooking here in Sydney we have a great choice.
Strange thing - 3 hours of video of food tour and everything he had tried was in 1 word - AWESOME ??? Personally i never had kind of this experience in my whole life while traveling and exploring different food !!!
Just an fyi Koreans do not use miso in their soups. Miso is Japanese. Koreans use doenjang. Many Asian cultures (Thai, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, etc...) have their own fermented bean paste. I like how you have adapted to Korean eating styles by eating the lettuce wrap and mixing soup with rice. You have mentioned a few times about the noodles being too long. You can cut them. Many Korean restaurants have scissors at the table or you can ask for a pair.
Hi Luke, I also love the food in South Korea. I have been there only once for 4 weeks, but have also enjoyed wonderful Korean food in Shin-Okubo in Tokyo. And will do again next March, when I will be the next time in Japan. I appreciate those kind of videos, as its like a "best off". But if - like me - you have watched all the original videos, there is really no need at all to see this videos again in a "best off compilation". So I will just stop watching it at 7 minutes or so.
Thanks 🙏 I understand, these videos are best for people who haven’t seen the originals. I appreciate you tuning in anyway, brand new videos coming up this Sunday :)
New viewer here. May I ask is your partner from Thailand? I know Thai people love Korean food and vice versa - both cuisines have strong spicy flavours.
I really dont agree. I like both the videos from Mark and Luke, but I think their style is quite different. Mark brought me to You Tube, and altought I very much enjoy his respect, friendliness and tolerance, I sometimes think that he is really overdoing it. Almost everything he eats, is like the "best food ever" and "WOW WOW WOW". Too much for me sometimes. Luke is much younger and much "fresher". He is also very respectful and positive about most places, but I can see the difference in the way of expression etc. between a citizen of the USA (Mark) and Canada (Luke) very clearly.
@@swissfoodie3542 i agree with everything you said, but I think you misunderstood because I very much enjoy watching Luke esp as a fellow Canadian. I just said he says some of the same little phrases and the tone of his voice can sound similar... no offence meant.
@@swissfoodie3542it’s definitely the same.. lol doesn’t matter where he’s from. I watch both channels and I noticed the speed talking without breathing thing they do.
I understand turning tables is important for business. You can't force feed people 4 dishes and tell them to leave without enjoying it because you need more money. The problem is now that you have only 3 seats at your station. Let people enjoy the food and get more seats.
We appreciate how well you've articulated your insights. Keep doing your best.
Thank you for this wonderful documentary
💯 Great Shows On Here !!!
I love korean food

Hi Luke, thanks for your feedback. I am curious to see where you have been travelling :-). Cheers from Switzerland
Hi Luke you should go try the real jajangmyeon noodles
Did you not have the crab rice at the end? They make it with the innards - it is the grand finale.

Lots of food
Sooooo good 👍🏻
Thank you 😋
Are the hand cut noodles made of bread flour or just all purpose flour? Does anyone know?
Medium Flour would be the best for noodles.
Trying Filipino food❤
Your tone and some of the things you say sound like M Weins

Not America 😅

If only there was a way to better open up crab and not waste meat... Oh yes there is: Southern United States has a way.
RUclipsrs have to be the most annoying thing to these small shops. If she doesn’t want you to film, put that shit away!
Don't need to talking too much for korean foods
Talk less eat first
What happened to the other woman you was with?
Is this a bad mark weins rip off? Why is this channel so unoriginal?
Same thing I was thinking. He sounds just like Mark smh even how he tastes the food Lmfao. He been practicing lol got him down to the T
It's not bulgogi but jaeyuk right? It doesn't look anything like bulgogi which is beef. That looks like spicy pork. This is so inaccurate and dumb.
