The wading belt you mentioned is poor.. A wading belt does ONE thing. I seals the waders from filling with water by always being around the waist tight.

I’ve lost a few crocs to mud too haha! But I totally agree it’s worth it for a pair of decent boots to avoid any nasty oyster cuts!

I just bought my foreverlast belt about 3 months ago and it didn’t come with the rod holder
Yar Nitsua hmmm they might have changed up the original design now. If no rod holder I’ve found just stuffing the rod in the belt often works

What if ypu arent wearing waders? In Texas, 6-7 months out of the year the water is warm and the weather is way too hot to wet waders. We wet wade.
One thing you forgot to mention is a tape measure or law stick.
