Sadly no.. Snapchat offers full refunds though. Their goal was to get these things to disappear. If customers can't get the footage, why would they keep it mentality. They even tried to trick me to mail mine back in exchange for a brand new one. Which I assumed was a lie because Snapchat had already announced they'd be cancelling Pixy services. I'm sorry friend. Maybe an electronics, or a camera repair store could hack into it's settings? There's a camera store in LA that fixed my 2003 street cam from Asia, so look in a big city! Best of luck friend 🤞🏼
I use mine too often to get the refund.. weddings and other private events, it's too handy, and everyone gets a kick out of it! But, I hear there are other AI facial recognition selfie drones, so I'd say look at the prices and see if you want the refund and try a new brand? I feel so connected to mine, it sucks 😢 Snapchat should let current owners use it on the app, I wish they'd be cool like that..

It was the 21. August 2022 through ebay USA. I had Snapchat version Snapchat v12.67.1...So there is also a update for the Pixy? I don't made it, my fears are :.maybe the functions goinh dead
they'll probably won't be able to help you. i believe they completely ended all support for the pixy. your only chance is to find a seller willing to sell and ship to europe.@@oliverbundrueck4824

there is a way - some people still have access on their snapchat app to sync the pixy and configure the settings. I still do.
