Wow, I had one just like that back in the day, but the default linux was pretty obnoxious even back then, so I installed OpenSUSE and it worked beautifully, except the non-existent battery life. Yet it allowed me to watch anime with the separate subtitle files like it meant to be. Because of course it did.

4 Months of Use Review: The screen is very small, much smaller than it appears in photos. The screen quality is very poor, with a noticeable yellowish and washed-out appearance. If you are a MacBook M1 user, you will need an extra adapter, which adds to the cost. When closing the device, it feels like it might break. The build quality is poor, and the plastic feels cheap. Additionally, the USB cables are very difficult to plug into and remove from both the device and the computer, which could potentially damage your computer’s adapter. For its price, this product is very expensive. Being in Turkey, I can’t return it, and I definitely do not recommend it.

How do you adjust the tracking on this thing or is it automatic? I can't find anything on my machine for tape tracking. Also can you tell me if VHS head cleaning cassettes are any good? What is the maximum size SD card I can use, and can I record DVD onto it? Can I plug a pioneer blue ray rom for a PC into it (and will it read it)? If anyone out there knows.

Damm, I used to have a heap of these when I was a kid. They were the original prop notes from the movie. My uncle worked at SeaWorld on the Gold Coast and he had a good friend who worked at MovieWorld where a lot of the filming was done. I had Bison dollars, a blue military beret, badges and a few other props I was given. My uncle had acquired a couple of boxes of goodies from the movie set. Wish I knew where it all was these days…..
