5000+ grit emory cloth (sand paper) and the citric acid will remove all the left over lime deposits and polish the glass. You can buy it all the way up to 10,000 grit but anything over 5000 won't scratch glass. Always wet sand.

Dump sand and Let it soak overnight in citric acid. All the crap will come right off.
