0:51 The shot of the panel shows "121.50" in the active COM labeled as "KBOW TWR". I see on AirNav the following entry: "BARTOW TOWER: 121.2 121.5R [0730-1730]" I haven't seen that before. Does this indicate that the tower has receive-only on 121.5? With 121.2 also listed as tower, why did they have you on 121.5? TIA for any info.

Hi, Capt! Watching your vids and they are great! We do operate a Phenom 300E and my boss is looking for a Excel Gen2.... We are Brazilians an our normal trip takes 620NM, 1-3 PAX normally. What do you consider for time & fuel burned for this trip? Good flights, keep posting!
I've heard a lot of talk about this lately. Your co-pilot is saying "dampener" versus "damper". The consensus is that "damper" is the proper word. Correct?

If you're on an IFR flight, under normal conditions, yes. But, in the end the pilot makes the final decision.
They do have a TRACON in Nassau. But Miami Controls the Enroute Airspace!

can't say for the Gen 2 exactly. But, for the XL I use 1,700 lbs first hour. 3,000 for 2 hours and an enroute burn of 1,200 lbs per hour.

A heavy rainfall is a dampener. A checklist item is a damper.
I never find a use for the word dampener, but you copilot loves to use dampener for the Yaw Damper checklist item.

How is the aircraft secured when you leave it for a follow on crew? Take the keys?? LOL!
The sheer brutal abuse those things will put up with is amazing. Say it all, “slowtation” and the like. Those things have crazy dispatch reliability.
