I see you’re using OD on 2nd, I did that on my sprints back in the 80s, what’s your engine spec? My street car had 160bhp on the dyno. I’m not sure I can remember I the spec now, ( 35 years later) I think it was STR 291 cam, with a vernier sprocket, BBT needles, standard air filter ( good for 200hp on the jags). Very short stub stacks that kept the air box standard , A standard manifold and Triumphtune 2 inch 2 box system. It clattered like a bag of nails but was totally reliable.
Yeah bone dry until the afternoon where play was suspended due to the deluge! Knocked 5 seconds off my first run and 3 seconds off my personal best...need to find another 2 seconds to get to the bogey (58) which isn't impossible, but not in the wet! 🙂

Looked like a nice clean fast run. Was it all dry? You are missing aintree !
