What you are doing might be illegal, you have to blur the face because it's a crime to film people without their permission in Japan. Privacy is a constitutional right in Japan so generally speaking, filming someone without consent or filming them secretly can lead to a lawsuit if they feel so inclined. I'd like you to please plan well in advance for location permission.
@@Darrenwalkingby It is complicated here in Japan. In short you are allowed to film, however, anyone has the right to not be filmed. So for example if anyone says to not film them, they must at least be blurred etc or it is a crime / a punishable offence. Many do film without issue, as with many places be respectful and courteous and you'll be okay. If anyone says not to film or they do not want to be in the video respect that wish as otherwise legally they can sue you quite easily etc.
