I am healed! I will tell you the steps I took to treat carpal tunnel syndrome!!! 1) I prayed to Jesus! I ask him to heal me in his mighty name! 2) stop drinking sugary drinks (soda, juice, etc.) 3) drink lots and lots and lots of water! 4) do the exercises throughout the day and before bed 5) sleep on your back with a pillow under each arm or whichever arm has carpal tunnel. ( this might be hard if you are a side sleeper but just put your mind to it, it works!) 6) think about how you are sleeping and how your wrists are being placed, and try to keep them straight or slightly bent ( relaxed) 7) Be thankful, and have faith that you will be healed :) I'm feeling great! I had a great sleep and woke up without pain; I am so happy! I pray all of you follow the steps and feel better!
Carpel tunnel syndrome has been the worst for me so far at 21 weeks. It's impossible to sleep due to the pain :( the other day it actually drove me to tears but I will definitely try one of these.

So glad I found this video! I am 8 weeks pregnant and has no idea what was going on with me, I’ve never experienced this in prior pregnancies. Thank you for the tips, will be implementing ASAP!
Super helpful video, thank you. I have at least 3 weeks left of my pregnancy and this is just miserable so I’m grateful for some things to try that also just benefit overall health.
😭😭😭 I have been going through this for three weeks. Decided to go the doctor only to be told am pregnant. Am not having other symptoms severely expect this. It is extremely painful and my fingers are stiff especially in the night and morning
Almost 4 months postpartum and I still have carpal tunnel in both hands. Mostly tingling and numbness. So annoying. Will add B6 and will get dandelion tea. I'm sure I'm not drinking enough water also. My feet also feel weird, maybe another nerve was affected? So annoying! Hope it goes away!! Thank you for mentioning it can take a year. At least this gives me hope!
Congrats on your new family member, mommy wrist can be challenging. If you need some more one on one help we do offer virtual consults to help provide you some more specific insight and help!
1month post! Im experiencing complete numbness in the thumb, index finger and middle finger on my right hand😞and I still have problems with that side. I gave birth on Thanksgiving and made 1 month postpartum Christmas Eve and my fingers are still numb! My doctors seem to not be worried since my gulcose levels are normal 🤦🏽♀️ On the bright side I haven't had any problems with my left hand since giving birth, so thats a plus. Has this happened to anyone and did the feelings in the fingers ever return!?!? Also there's a tingling spot on my thigh the size of my hand🤔 Doctors seem to not be worried about that either 🤷🏽♀️
This is something crazy. I go to the chiropractor every week, I take some really expensive vitamins that have high amount of everything, I drink water literally all day because I'm a cook and get hot all day and just nonstop drink water. However I woke up today and now both hands are affected. It was just one. And it is bad enough that I actually chopped the tip of my finger off and had to get it cauterized. I'm sure it's all because of these symptoms, I haven't been able to hold a knife properly, I'm weak, numb, etc. I haven't tried the brace or tape yet so looks like I'll be buying those.
My doctor referred me to OT in order to get cortisone shots. I have it in both hands and it’s only gotten worse at 29 weeks. I never had this with my first pregnancy.
I thought that I was crazy because I never heard of this being a pregnancy problem.. my right hand which is my non dominant hand. Also it’s much worse in the morning after sleep and I’ve now ordered a brace on Amazon which I’ll get today.. Another thing that my 4th pregnancy has caused is numbness in my left thigh.. it’s like a burning or freezing sensation and it comes and goes.. I have horrible tail bone soreness. But the swelling isn’t that bad.. not like my first pregnancy. My baby is sitting very high, and it feels like bruising under my skin above my belly button. And I have trouble doing number 2 because I can’t seem to be holding any fluids.. I am drinking a lot of water but my baby is sitting on my bladder so I pee immediately after drinking water, even with stool softeners but the stretched full feeling is awful. I also have a cough due to heartburn.. which is worse in the morning and I need to sleep with my head elevated otherwise it’s hard to even breath.. this is my 4th and last child and I’m 35.
I have carpal tunnel syndrome and trigger fingger in both hand. Now i'm 30 weeks. My hand and feet were swelling. I'm pregnant with twins.. My both hand really hurt swelling feeling numbness Fingers and locked Fingers. Now my all Fingers it really hard to close.
that sounds more like nerve pain than mommy wrist. There might be an issue upstream around the neck or peripheral nerve in the arm that should be evaluated by a professional in person or telehealth
Thank you for this info. I am suffering with pCTS/mommy thumb 3 months postpartum. It hurts sooo bad. I have brace I have aspercream with lido. Only temp relief. So hard picking my baby up. I will now search for the tape and b6. Thanks again.
First two pregnancies all good. With my son i experience this for the first time on both hands. I even felt like a stabbing pain on the tip of my fingers, a shooting pain form my shoulder to fingers. but mostly it feels like my finger is on fire. I’m currently 37 weeks pregnant and been experiencing this again 😭 for 2 weeks now but its gotten worse. Painful throbbing at the palm of my hand and again the burning sensation in one finger. The hardest part of this is when it comes to breastfeeding 😩 hopefully it goes away sooner this time 🙏🏽 thank you for the tips
Hopefully, this is improving! Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need anything we do provide online consult calls. Congrats on your third little one.
I'm only 14 weeks and 3 days and only when I wake up I would feel this pain. 1 or both of my hands would hurt like I slept on it I would bald up my fist and I wouldn't even feel when my hand is completely closed. This is my 1st pregnancy. I'm 5'9 and my start weight was 176 so I'm considered overweight. I also take blood pressure medicine that helps with my leaky heart valves. Maybe all this play a part 🤷🏿♀️ but like I said I'm only 14wks.
postpartum, this can commonly be a result of holding baby and picking up baby, especially if you have older children as well. We would be happy to do a remote app/consult with you to go over some specifics that would help for you outside of what was discussed in the video. feel free to email us at hello@liveloudlife.com
this should not affect labor, but as always check with your provider, but there are no contraindications for normal natural labor with CTS unless there are other underlying issues (blood pressure etc...)
Started at 36 weeks and it’s the absolute WORST.
This is the most pain. Lord help us All. I. Not complaining. Just super uncomfortable.
