Live in Xela Guatemala and like it very much.
We have lived in Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and now Xela for 5 months so far.
We plan to live in Peru at some point….Arequipa and Cusco.
I know you’ll love it. This country is so beautiful and also such a great place to live in my opinion
@@mambokambo
We are really looking forward to it. We have two 17 year old dogs and when they pass away we will start traveling again.-
Peru- Arequipa n Cusco
Colombia- Manizales
Bolivia- la Paz
Argentina- BA, Bariloche, Córdoba, Mendoza, Salta, Mar del Plata, and Ushuaia
Then we make the big decision of where to put down roots. That will take us several years.
Love your videos !
Thank you, I’m sorry to hear about the dogs but I am also excited for you next chapter. Check in on here I’d love to know where you end up. Thank you so much for your support 🙏🏻

Aguas calientes is good a place to enjoy
Completely agree. I went durning Covid and it wasn’t really that great because of all the restrictions. I need to go back and see what it’s really like ❤️🙏🏻
Do you enjoy where you live? Do you rent or own? I'd love to know!
Is the barking dog your conscious, telling you to stop procrastinating and find a new place to live?
I mean it could be lol, I’m on a pretty constant search, I look at as many houses as I can find a week (that aren’t ridiculously priced )
@@mambokambo barking dogs really are a problem in south America. Fortunately they seem less aggressive. All barking no bite, still disruptive to sleep. Then the dogs sleep all day. Remarkable how the locals tolerate this. Would love a video on this topic and input from locals to help us gringo understand. Thank you again for sharing your adventures!
Oh this is a great idea. And yes the dogs are nonaggressive here for the most part. All you have to do is pretend to pick up a rock and the dog retreats. I’ll see if I can get some English speaking locals together to talk about the problem from different aspects of
If you kick the dog I'm unsubscribing. Just FYI.
lol I would never kick the dog, I love dogs. That one is hard to love but it’s not it’s fault it is the owners fault
@@mambokambo He only barks outside your house, right? Maybe he's a gringo retriever.
😂😂😂😂 no he does it to everyone but this is mad funny lol
