That grader attachment is nice! It did a great job in the field along the road. You said it best talking about how beneficial it is to have a good truck driver! Makes all the difference. Congratulations on your success thus far.
once again it is great to see you explain in terms that we all can understand what you are going to do. its a credit to you mike. hope the family are keeping safe
Hey Mike I’m sure you know all this being a dirt guy but here are my thoughts and or opinions, cut under the pot holes ( they are nothing but bowls ) a grader with a ripper will work or even your excavator, make sure your road is higher then the ditches, and a good crown. Maybe put a couple of run off in and if that isn’t possible then lightly remove the wind rows from the side so the water flows in the field better..kinda expensive but maybe resurface the road with 8”-10” of material and it should compress to about 6”-8” when packed in. Another thing ( not sure if they make this for your grader) maybe try scarfires instead of your flat mold board. You might find you like scarfires and the way they cut...Scarfires are individual cutters with carbide tips that spin when grading and sometimes can cut out pot holes depending on the depth of them. Sorry so long but just some thoughts.
You deserve more viewers. Your videos are cool. You arent afraid to show mistakes, bloopers, and items that you learn from as well. I love the videos and getting to hang out with you....
Well deserved!!! Always feels like hearing from a friend every time I watch your video’s. You make running very complex equipment look so easy, but I know it is not believe me if you saw my drive you would laugh. God bless you and your family can’t wait for the next on!
A power rake does a great job on getting ride if pot holes. Then u can put a light layer of 3/4- over the top and pack it in and it does a great job that way. U can lower the power rake to get clear to the bottom of those holes and after some time u will get used to doing that u will get better.
So first brother congratulations on making it to thirty in such a short time just think in a year from now you will have over one hundred thousand love y'all and it's because y'all deserve it Extremely impressed with that grader attachment and I mean impressed kinda shocked lol you have a big grader hiding lol thumbs up my friend looks amazing
Thanks for sharing your thoughts and adventures. Congratulations on reaching the 30k goal. That grader certainly does a great job, that and the skilled operator that is. Beautiful country you have there. Always wondered how you calculate how many loads you need when your tailgating rock onto a road, you and your drivers certainly make it look easy. Stay safe, wishing you and your family the best.
Excellent video Mike ! I believe the reason you’ve hit the 30,000 subscriber mark is because you put out a class act video. It’s almost as good as being there. Thanks for your efforts
Always good vidja's !! You did make perfect dirt in my opinion at first an it looks good at the end, now it's perfect gravel to on the drive !! Good video !
I think your are a super nice guy and I like watching your videos keep them coming. I watch a lot of videos and comment on them but you are the only one that I think reads the comments and responds and we appreciate you taking the time to respond
You said 30,000. Subscribers I’m looking 46. Thousand plus so you are doing great 👍. I will say you do a nice job of telling a story that is interesting to watch. Not everyone on RUclips is doing good with stories it shows who is working on improving the channel.
The Skid Steer Grader Attachment, you are gaining smoothness with it. Chris Letsdig18 was running his motorgrader at one point. He walks and talks with it. The different views you show when working the grader shows smoothness and you have the TOUCH, of the controls. Very good video today showing the Rock Haulers dumping their load on the fly. Helps speed you up with less trips over it with the SS Grader attachment. Very Good, Yes Sir
Great job bringing the driveway back to life. The grader attachment is proving to be a great addition to your “fleet”. I guess the ending drone shot was the camp on the river where you cleared all the brush along the ditch with the brush hog on the 120.
Once again... you buried me! Mike, by the time you and the Cap’n get through with me I’ll be 12 feet under!!! Loved the shots.... appreciate the workmanship... kudos on both.
Congratulations on the subs, well deserved. Appreciate you sharing these videos, always looking forward to the next one, says it all. Shout out to the family and the rest of the crew, stay safe.
Great video really enjoyed it. Also wanted to let you know I got my first 2 speedbinders. I told Steve that I saw them on your channel and you highly recommended them. Looking forward to using them
Congrats on hitting the 30,000 Subs, which is now 33.7K I think by the end of the year, you'll be above a hundred, because you keep the videos very interesting and there's always something different going on. Always a pleasure to watch, thumbs up.
Love your vids. I am a retired wrench turner of many years if there was one piece of advice I could pass on its this, wear on equipment is gonna happen BUT! You can save your self some aggravation by switching to chevron NLGI 2 Greece prevents floppy buckets and will help the nose ball an your grader. It was developed to help the machines on the mount Saint Helen clean up. This stuff works!! Keep up the good work, nobody was ever sorry they hired or naught the best. Go get em.
Mike your getting a lot better with the skid steer and the grader blade attachment. You have that drive looking good. I have a long drive but I "cheat" My brother owns a Deere 672G grader. I just go and "borrow" it 3-4 times each year. LOL I am sure glad that videos were not around the first few times I used the grader on the drive. I sure made a mess.
After watching your grader in use and seeing how simple the design is I'm tempted to build one out of an 8' 3pt blade we have. Skid steer has made the 3pt blade obsolete for us but being able to make precise cuts with the grader would make it useful.
Definitely get your float working as long as you are not cutting grade but for just yearly maintenance it will help you a lot there’s my opinion hope you see this
When you know how to do the work, it is easier for you to get order on how to use the machines. However, a floating position will come in handy when the last finishing touch is to be made.
That blade attachment is working pretty well.Have you used it for plowing snow?Man that truck driver knows what he is doing.Love your channel.I have learned a lot from watching your videos.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼.That gas cap throw down was funny.😂😂😂😂
Congrats on the number of subscribers ! Glad to be a very small part of that. This is a great channel . it's like watching an on going TV series except it's actually real ! Informative , educational. You're a great host and great teacher. You really open up your life and family to the world and provide some great entertainment. I bet strangers already walk up to you as if they know you , because in a way they do.
A friend of my builds subdivisions and got one like yours and I went I one Saturday to help him get the construction road fixed up. I was very impressed. The biggest issue was the front tires being to small . I think wider front tires would help alot on soft ground. Great job.
I have the exquisite joy, to congratulate 33700 subs. You make good videos and you have humor, but your jokes do not hide that you are very good at your job.
Well mike there is not a lot you can do to make that any better apart from float on the skid steer, it is doing a bloody marvellous job that also includes the operator without one it’s just a piece of metal but it sure does make things easier for you and produces a top finish of which your customers must be pleased about.
Mike, Have you ever tried a leaf blower to blow out/dry out the potholes so the fill does not mix with the water and turn into mush and squirt right out? That wet silt in the bottom of a pot hole appears to act like a grease layer that prevents the fill from bonding to the existing base. Our county gravel road maintenance crew would actually dig out that silt layer and fill and pack.
Depending on the size trailer, my 07 2500hd new body duramax gets 9-12. 16 foot tandem axle trailer I’ll get 12, pulling my 25ft dual tandem gooseneck I’ll get 8-9 depending how I drive. I borrowed a buddies 25ft 16k tandem axle trailer and with a cat 304.5e in it I got 10.
I felt deja vu at 34:40 I felt deja vu at 34:40 😁😁 I use a land plane on the tractor, the blade set up is great for your application for what you do. Congrats on the views, it helps expose your channel.
That thing looks a lot better than the thing we have it's a grouser 6 way blade .. it's not very good especially if you're used to a dozer they are a royal pain to try and use!! Not terrible if the terrain is fairly flat but if there's any sudden grade change your building a railroad track
Awesome, clicked on the dirt perfect video and there was a Pepsi commercial that came on! Are you up to something with that? Good job finding the spoon Kleeman tried to hide on you, really great video.
The float on kubota skid steers is a pain in the ass... it took me a long time to figure it out best way I've found to do it is you have to push the boom down click the float button and release everything before it gets all the way down and itll "float" down... it's hard to use but it does work once you figure it out.... I thought it was like my new holland where you just click the float button but it's not... I hope this helps
That grader attachment is nice! It did a great job in the field along the road. You said it best talking about how beneficial it is to have a good truck driver! Makes all the difference. Congratulations on your success thus far.

Lol thanks

Nice job. I always ripped bottom of pot hole before grading.
Mike goes both ways!
Excellent video Mike ! I believe the reason you’ve hit the 30,000 subscriber mark is because you put out a class act video. It’s almost as good as being there. Thanks for your efforts
Thanks John
I think you and the captain are very likable guys so good luck in the future
Thanks mike
That grader attachment is wicked! I like that. Great job.
Thanks
Love that blower, battery operated stuff has come a long ways.
Yes very handy
Always good vidja's !! You did make perfect dirt in my opinion at first an it looks good at the end, now it's perfect gravel to on the drive !! Good video !
I use a lawn fertilizer with chicken manure in it. The difference in color from the brand name stuff is night and day. Great video!
Great video I enjoy watching real down to earth people . That’s how you get followers 🤗🙂🙃❤️
Thanks appreciate that
Down to Earth Landscaping LLC is my buisness in CT. Dirt Perfect is super down to earth dude!

There are adjustable hydraulic flow valves that you can put inline. Some only control flow in one direction.
Congrats on the subs, look forward to seeing many more videos

You got some awesome camera locations. Really cool. You should go in the movies...
