Timing is spot on. It's tricky with all the changes ups but you nailed it.
This kit is the best sounding kit .closely followed but the Ludwig legacy. Then the gold kit that sometimes appears which is on a par the classic maple kit. They all sound fantastic. Oooh Terrys vistalite kit is rather special too. But this stainless kit just seems to record so well. You get the all of the tones and the bass drum is so round and defined. Your mixing skill obviously are very good. It has to be one of the best sounding kit on the internet. It is very special sound . Probably one of your best buys. Love to hear it on your other channel getting jazzy👍

I've always thought that ~4:22 was a mistake, as it sounds hmm, like a mistake 😅 Someone pointed out that the bass plays the same pattern, so clearly it's not. Just my random 3 cents. Great cover George!

Thank you, but I don't consider that a mistake, he kind of crams that fill in but it works. He does the same thing on Darlene toward the end.

People sleep on this song, but that’s a big mistake! It’s got one of the most emphatically-John-Bonham drum parts in any zeppelin song - and aside from some late fills, it’s a masterclass in “less is more”

Yeah that's true, it has elements of both. Definitely has a New Orleans attitude. I would say it's swung more than shuffle though

Yea, me either. But the supraphonic was used on Live at Pompeii. I couldn’t find the exact information for Dark side of the moon. Sounds like a Supraphonic though
George, great stuff again. I see the black label 2002's here. Do you own any red label 2002's, and if so, is there a real difference?
Yes I have a few but they're not from the '80s, they are more recent reissues about 10 years old. I really like them, they don't seem to have as much colorful overtones as the old ones, but they are also thinner, so that could be why. I have a paper thin 18, and a 19 and 20 thin crashes
