Great recipe though I would think it would be better to place the noodles in individual bowls and the pour the stock over them otherwise the noodles that are left in the soup but not consumed straight away will spoil by being in the liquid to long.
What about at the end to add in the boll 1 slice of lemon, a touch of ground pepper corn and some fresh parsley? Otherwise, I think every soup is a good soup!
