Stop caring about: 👇🏻 1) Things that are outside your control. 2) Negative people's opinions. 3) The past. 4) Negative thoughts running in your mind. 😊😊
Yep there’s a concept in the Bhagavad Gita that proposes that you can plant seeds but you should not feel entitled to those seeds bearing fruit. All we’re entitled to are the seeds themselves. So keep planting seeds without expectations and without forcing them to grow like pulling them out of the ground. And in the end, by chance, there may end up being fruit.
I saw it as in a thought or energy perspective. As in if your thinking of gaining something out of what your doing or doing something for a particular outcome. Changing the thought to “I don’t care what happens”.
This works even for the desire to be in a relationship. When you put the desire for being in a relationship front and center, and deem it an absolute necessity , its either you dont find someone or you find someone who makes your life a living hell. Like someone mentioned earlier, its not about having a devil may care attitude, but understanding that efforts can be spread, and some things are beyond your control. Do what you can and go with the flow.
If I was your neighbor, and I took things from you and hid them, and only gave them back once I noticed you had given up looking for them, what would you think of me?
thats because you pretended not to care and when you don't for real, it won't make any difference because you didn't care. When she get back, it wont make any difference@@Caolan-b6r

That's how funny life works. When you give something too much energy, and try to control the outcome, you create scarcity, but when you don't, you create abundance.
What would you think about an employer who docks the pay of the employees who put in the most work, and gives bonuses to ones who work shorter hours and try less? You, and this video, are right. This is how the world works. But we don't ask, how would we feel towards a person who would create a system that works like this?
My humble opinion is it is the universe trying to keep you playing the game. As soon as you give up, in frustration, the universe suddenly props you up with a “win”.
YES. THANK YOU. I have felt so alone in thinking, 'If this is how things work, isn't that a little cruel? What would we think of a game, or a work environment, or any other kind of unbalanced power dynamic, that works like this?'
But how do we stop ourselves from caring? Like I'm preparing for a very important entrance exam and my life depends on it, so how do i stop myself from thinking about the outcome and future?
@@aditidwivedi6719you think your life depends on it you have created that pressure but if u think to enjoy studying without thinking about failure or succeeding you'll perform better that exam will happen every year even if you don't get through the exam you are smart enough to find other things that you are good at

I shifted the focus from the result (passing/failing) to my daily effort step by stop not looking ahead. Ofcourse this demands that you are actually motivated to make an effort. Which is kind of a paradox since I stopped caring and focusing on achieving and instead focused on progress.
Here is my story. I don't want to do MBA but my father forced me to do it. I hate it because I had other plans so I didn't study too much while other students joined classes takes MBA seriously. In the end I get passed with 72% percentage while they can't even achieved 55%. Mind you I didn't study seriously nor joined any class.
Amazing video, as a Chinese, I would like to expand the sage's story a little bit. Ancient Chinese believe that, a person's wisdom can only be unlocked once the person is 100% calm and peaceful ( We say "no any trivial thoughts in the heart"). Most of the time, people cannot be 100% inner peaceful because they care/worry about the results. The more you care, the less peaceful in your heart, then the less wisdom you can unlock, the more stupid mistakes you will make. People in ancient China will spend sometime to meditate to vacuum the heart before reading books or studying. I also practice when I read textbook or start doing assignments in the college, which is really helpful.

This has also been discussed in the metaphysical sphere, especially by spiritual teachers such as Neville Goddard. They claim that when you try to force results, you're operating from a state of lack and therefore creating more resistance. Only when you let go of the pressure or strong desire of needing something ASAP can you actually move forward. I love how all of these teachings are linked.
I know that.. But Neville Goddard also told to imagine the thing that you want to be pretended as if you are already having it.. In that sense this is contradicting.. Because you're constantly in belief of the outcome as present though it's not
Yup! I was thinking about how a lot of these teachings say to believe in it happening for you but don't worry about the 'how'. The universe will take care of that part 😊
@satyajitrajbanshi3620 Yup, absolutely true. But he also taught people to detach themselves from the outcome in the 3D and not check every second. So there are definitely some parallels. Neville definitely takes it to a new level and that's why I love his teachings ❤️
Stop worrying and just take baby steps with actions you know you should. You'd be surprised how quickly those baby steps add up. Example: you need to write a paper. Don't set out to write the paper. Set out to write the first paragraph, or set out to write down some ideas. Nothing more. You'd be surprised how quickly a little momentum takes on a life of its own.
How true! Recently I was in a conflict with another person. I let it go, and concentrated on my more important matters. Low and behold, after a few days, the other person complied with my request.
In these uncertain times, it's more important than ever to have a solid understanding of how to manage your finances, invest wisely and navigate economic downturns. But my primary concern is how to grow my reserve of $240k which has been sitting duck since forever with zero to no gains, sure I'm all in on the long term game, but with my savings are lying waste to inflation and my portfolio losing gains everyday, I need a remedy.
you are completely right, Advisors have information and paths that are not disclosed to the public.. I profited £560k in 2022 under the tutelage of my Fiduciary-counselor. Am I selling? Absolutely not.. I am going to sit back and observe how this all plays out.

I unknowingly accessed this while painting my portraits. I released that if I fail I could just start over. And as it turns out they came out exactly how I wanted them to. All you need to do is realize that there’s always a another day so if you mess up today come back tomorrow and try again don’t be to hard on yourself.
I needed this reminder today. Im 30 years old and was having a quarter life crisis because ive not accomplished anything. I feel like a loser, and that i wasted so much time. But i needed this reminder, because i am not my past.I just need to remain in the present and let life work itself out. My future doesnt exist and i cannot identify with my thoughts. I feel at peace again
Sometimes the reverse is also true. I passed an exam with high grades because I was so scared I couldn't sleep the night before. Then the next year I passed the same exam but I thought it was going to be easy because of last year's good result and I did a mediocre performance. If you don't put pressure on yourself you don't get to be in "the zone" either, it's a balance.
Take small steps to your goal, don't think too much into it. At one point, you'll look back and realise you're exactly where you were praying to be so many years ago. We tend to move the goal post every time we reach it so always make small goals for yourself that contribute to a final goal. 🙏🏽
Caring less about the outcome of my goals brought more success. I am happy to stop wasting energy on things that do not really matter. Wise words on your video.
I hope there are no viewers who will take advice "stop caring" literally. Cause without caring of something we will do nothing. Instead - to have a balance, not to overcare, not to overfocus for long, but to let your mind a time and space to float.
The best way I can describe this channel to someone is this “it makes me get into the zone, where I am just observant and can give my best in that moment”.
It summarizes the importance of valuing both the process and the goal, while cautioning that the pressure of the goal may disrupt the process-so focus on the present to let progress flow naturally.

When I was a university student, majoring in English, I had to generate writing assignments. I starting using a process like what you describe here. I would think a bit about the nature of the writing assignment. Then I would let is go and figured my subconscious mind, or whatever, would give me a solution in a few days. It always seemed to work. I remember being concerned, in particular, about a Shakespeare class. I didn’t want to go over well-trod ground that would bore the professor. I thought about it, but wanted a creative approach. So I let it go. Sure enough, three days later, I had a unique idea.
As the writer and creator of a weekly digital self-improvement newsletter, I couldn't agree more. In my welcome email I reference this exact message, "life is inspiration for ideas, which means that in order to write about one’s life, one must live first. As such, you can expect to receive an essay once a week or so, with the occasional extended period if life takes priority. But just know, if I’m busy living and not writing, something good is coming your way." Without living first, I have little to write about, and often the busier I am, the more focused on other things I am, the easier it is to come up with new and relevant topics for my newsletter. Thanks Einzelgänger!
It’s kind of like the law: for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. The harder you pursue something, the harder it will try to get away from you. Or: to hold water in your hands, cup it gently; if you try to grasp it in your fist, it escapes easily.

Yes, it's about planning, thinking, visualising but then letting go. I have a weekly responsibility that my mindbody does not look forward to - when I let go and arrived 5 minutes late, 5 members of staff were there doing what I normally do on my own with a burdensome mind!!. Great lesson.

And so nearing 60 I am embracing this philosophy. How much of my yrue inner self have I sacrifice by caring. By the exhausted practice of caring I alienated myself fro my true self. My emotional regulation was dependent on caring . While not listening to myself. By sacrificing my authentic self in the interest of what I called love. Self love was not cultivated. Here I am. A true journey of replacing with caring with growth and self love.
Wisdom *without* preachy pontificating -- what a refreshing change! So often, I find that those who most preach about the importance of 'getting out of your own way' are the same ones who talk about the importance of planning and envisioning your future and filling it in with as much detail as possible -- which keeps us in the habit of removing ourselves from the present moment and obsessing over what's beyond our control.
Great video but also it’s important to note that caring about an outcome is vital. It pushes you to understand what it takes to be successful and keep consistency, the key word is “too much”

Yes!! absolutely Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta has answers to all and everything that is in this world. Our rich culture have always paved a right path for us. Really grateful and thankful to God.
Interesting story that relates to this! About 3 months ago, I had no job and was actively looking for one, but to no avail - no company got back to me. One day, I woke up and realized this was making me depressed, so I decided to focus on other things like attending networking events and programs to improve my skills. After a while, when I wasn't even thinking about getting a job anymore... BOOM! I got a call from a recruiter, had an interview, and just like that, I had a job. It really proves the point - when I stopped obsessing about finding a job, that's when I found one.
Another way to put this law (especially for creative people like writers) is: We can't force good ideas with our rational mind and reason. Good ideas come from subtle energies like Intuition, Inspiration, Ressonance, higher senses and from our unconscious. In order to get in contact with that, we have to let go, relax, meditate and trust. We have to switch off the rational mind.
This is real. My knee was aching for a while, to the point it hurt to bend my leg. I was so focused on healing it, doing everything I could to fix it, but the pain worsened. I couldn't think of anything else other than the discomfort. Then, one day, I didn't follow my usual regime and just left it alone, and the pain went away. I didn't even notice that it stopped hurting until I decided to do yoga the other night to ease my mind. And now, I feel great.
Imagine that we're neighbors. Every day, I throw rocks at your house. You come out and tell me to stop. I throw more rocks. You put up a fence. I tear it down and throw more rocks. You call the police. Somehow, I convince them to also throw rocks. This keeps up until your will breaks and you stop caring about the noise and the smashed windows and the rocks in your living room. On the day that I notice you are now passively accepting my rock-throwing, I stop throwing rocks. What do you think of me?

I am an anxious person , and what i do and helps me a lot is to let negative things happen , I don’t even try to “learn from past “ and “once you control your mind you can do everything “ i just let the things happen , it feels simple and save my energy ,, there’s a mindset nowadays which make people believe that negativity is harmful ( it can be) but isn’t it possible that negativity might be nothing but a some temporary state of body and mind , we all deep down know the truth , THE TRUTH that the thing in front of us is of very little danger or the thing we are getting anxious about is just a moment which WANTS to fleet but our constraints trap that moment and make us re evaluate that happening again and again making our chill and cool consciousness dive into some disturbance which again should not be cared and should be allowed to happen by us ,,, another thing I’ve learnt is it’s normal ,, yeah to be in misery pain ,hate, abused ,judged , humiliation etc emotion , these things are not that much big a deal out of all sympathy , I’m not saying to abandon someone having trouble with these but for an individual inside himself there’s always a voice , an awareness and a gut feeling which tells us that it’s ok and normal it should be dealt with care , i did not deserve that but still it happened hurt me and made me uneasy but still its ok
This is probably the greatest trigger for relief. What I learnt is learning to master desire and let desire become itself. It's like a bond you nurture , almost like a pet
I think this works for mental and emotional efforts. When it comes to physicality, whatever that goal may be, it's not going to get done unless you actively push and try to do it. In relation to the heart/mind/soul etc., it's great advice for 90% of life's issues.. But definitely shouldn't use it as an excuse to be physically lazy; you'll never lose weight if you don't try to, for example.
This is a great explanation as to why when I try to consciously control my emotions or stop myself from overthinking the more I get overwhelmed by these very emotions and thoughts.
I think this works for mental &emotional limitations and anxiety, but for physical results, you need to care about the outcome .physical results require hardwork and determination
This concept is playing a key roll in improving my life right now. I often think of it like a funnel and how if you try to force too much through, it just gets stuck.
I once was way too careFULL. It takes great courage to become careLESS. It’s a journey that acts of faith through the process of letting go. You wouldn’t believe how much is manifesting since I stopped caring about saving the world and put all my energy into healing and saving myself. I have faith the Universe knows exactly what everyone NEEDS and will deliver in Divine time.
as a freelance artist, I've experienced this countless times. when I worry and keep searching for work, it doesn't come. when I stop worrying and just focus on my craft, the work continuously flows. doesn't mean it always happens, but it's easier to just let it be than keep on worrying about things you can't control.
Happened with me too when I was actively looking for a job. Didn't get selected. Than one fine day, I decided I am just gonna give it a try and come home. I finally got it.
Once you stop caring is because you’re not interested or don’t need the thing anymore. So when it comes, it is too late and it only brings confusion and doubt. The universe is sadistic and sarcastic. It will make things easy for you when they are not needed anymore. I have lived this fact many, many times.
This video is exactly what i needed. I was continually failing from a year now not knowing what's the cause i put all of my work in a task study a lot but at the end i never get the result instead i fail at it completely which made me looked dumb. And that's why i stopped caring and stopped doing hard work or putting any effort at all. This video taught me so many things and make me realise exactly where i was wrong. Thanks a lot
Feels like how when you try to actively draw nothing great happens, but when you don't care about and just doodle during class or something the best artworks are created. At least for me, someone who can't draw.
exactly this is what the basic fundamental concept of "bhagavadgeetha", wherein it is very clearly stated the " only do your duty , donot bother about end results". that means if you have sincerely tried at something you need not unduly worry about the outcome, in any way which is useless to worry. No need to forecast or predict the outcome
I definitely know this to be true in social situations. I've had periods of my life where I've been working hard, not doing that many social things. Then when it came to being social I'd over-think it quite a bit. I would plan what to say and ask about, which is a big mistake. If you just relax and tell yourself to take it as it comes, things become a lot easier. Same thing when you start a new job or school. And most importantly, the less effort and attention you give women, the more attention they'll give you, if they like you.
Thank you so much for this. I started wondering why I could no longer write as artistically as before. Now I realized that it was because I was used to being showered with praises for it which led me to become a little arrogant. And the more I got arrogant, the more that I lost the recognition that I loved. And the more that I lost it, the more that I starved for it. And finally, the more that I starved for it, the harder I tried to force my ideas to come out. For weeks, it didn't work so I began brushing it aside and making dull excuses like me no longer at my prime but this video helped explain everything. Words could never express how grateful I am.
When I try to schedule some creative projects, I almost always fail. I can do something good only when I’m inspired and as a spur of the moment. The best/funniest jokes or videos are usually those when you didn’t even know someone is listening/recording.

there is a series of books called The Inner Game of... then a sport, like The Inner Game of Tennis, or of golf, etc. I dont play sport but when i was playing classical guitar i read The Inner Game of Music. those books are about shutting your mind off and letting yourself play instead of getting in your own way by stressing about it. it was life changing for me as a musician. it's the same stuff as in this vid but from a slightly different angle. aside from those books, there is also a law i love reminding people of; the law of diminishing returns. that's the most important law for people to wrap their heads around in 2023.
thanks for the comment, I'm going to check that Inner Game of Music book out. Just started playing guitar again after stopping a few years ago - stopping due to stressing myself out from pressuring myself. It stopped being fun....impeccable timing.
John Cleese once said in his book On Creativity that the creative drive is like eating. You get a delicious forkful of ideas and then it goes away, but that's ok. That's just the fork returning to your plate to get more. Just be patient and stop trying to eat an empty fork - let it get to the food first.
This tactic works for me in my Enterprise sales as well. I have an abundance mentality and have already hit my yearly quota at 120%. I wake up and actually do other things for my side hustle and boom a great lead just comes in so I have to work it lol. It also helps come across to my clients as confident and not needing a sale but actually helping them make a good buying decision and tell them upfront we may not be a fit. They actually help me close them as say no no you have what we needed to solve our problem. 😊
To me, this basically says, "Trust the process." Don't be concerned about what has been or what will be. I usually refer to this as resting because when we rest, we realize that everything isn't in our control. Somethings have to happen for us to get to where we should. We never know what the future holds but it doesn't mean we shouldn't have faith. Faith is the essence of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen.
I will just add my experience... At 27, I had given up look for a girlfriend/wife. It was then that i ran into my soul-mate, who had also given up on dating. We met on a music chat room in 1998, and by 2002 we were together, forever.
I have never cared much in all areas, I find everything easy and uninteresting. Yet I knew I needed to keep trying finding a partner unrelentlessly. Don't get me wrong - I cannot care less about that. According to this theory, if I stop, I will unfortunately find someone, and since don't want to find anyone, this encounter will disturb my peace and ruin my life. It's boring and lonely, but that is the way I chose it. No disturbances and no partners.
Thats why its so important to seperate yourself from thoughts and the ego. Sit silently for 10mins a day without trying to control your thoughts. Not trying to pick out the good ones and let the bad ones go. But allow all your thoughts to happen and observe them. You are not your thoughts. You cannot control them, so let them happen and become the observer. Its amazing how much your life changes when you seperate yourself from the ego and let life happen without focusing on the past or the future. I learned this technique from Jesse Lee Peterson believe it or not. Its a Christian practice to become close to God. Without being in the world. Good luck, and God bless all those reading this.

Willpower (effort) is important for me. I am using it to overcome a fear. If I just wait for the fear to go away on its own, it does not work. By making efforts daily to overcome the fear, I am seeing great progress. Action and willpower are what will change my life. Positive thinking (affirmations, visualization, etc.) has never worked for me, and I did it for more than ten years. By using willpower (effort) I am seeing self-improvement within days. So I have stopped positive thinking, and now rely on willpower (effort) to become who I want to be. Do what works for you.
caring too much about results works against us ...the Vedic Gita gyan is that we should do right actions without caring about the results ...when we do not gno what the right actions are, we should find out what the right actions are and once we find out what the right actions are, we should just do those actions without caring about the results
This concept is a tough one to realize. We want to achieve, however, forcing the issue, ties us up in knots. As an "Original Transcon RR" enthusiast, I see this paradox quite frequently in my experience. Research, writing, and presentation to others, all takes a commitment...but not held so closely to one's ego...otherwise the creativity breaks down into frustrations. Thanks.
I think the better way to approach this problem is removing the ego: the need for validation or approval, or trying to be perceived /recognized a certain way. When I’m a state of flow, you can accomplish anything without consciously thinking about whether you’re achieving it or not.
I take this to be "if you stop focusing on the results you can focus on the practice, the work, relaxing, and your life." Which allows you to get the results. Being hellbent only on seeing the result through can cripple you or at least leave you at the end of a road without having celebrated any of it until then.
Wonderful video brother. I have always wondered about this since I was a kid. Everytime I would run after something I want, it would always run further away from me. Thinking about results always leads to panic. As you mentioned in the video, its the process that matters the most. The result will naturally come and even if they don't, we had a far better chance this way then worrying about them and panicking. Thank you for the video.
What would you think of your boss if you found out that he'd known all along that you wanted the position, but deliberately kept it away from you until you lost the will to pursue it? What would be the motivation of someone with power over you, to structure your reality like that?
@@AlexReynard The people above me are a rotating door. There hasn’t been a single person in that role long enough to hold the position from me. I will say, the boss in the current role told me some “facts” about holding someone from moving to another side of our company. This was “ definitive and to remain between us”. They never did hold that individual. They leaked this information to me to see if I would leak it to others. That’s a real mind fuck. Deliberately leaking information to someone to see if it spreads is crazy. I didn’t spread it but kept watching to see if that person was in fact getting held with us. @@shawnlopez3496 I was asking more in a hypothetical sense. "IF it had happened that way, how would you react to that?" Because I can definitely acknowledge that the law of reverse effect is real and it's how the world works. But who would make a world that works like this? Under what circumstances would we think it's *good* for a human to set up a situation where they make people want something, then punish them for trying to get it, and reward them when they stop? And if we would look down on a human who'd do that to other humans, why are we at peace with God (or whoever designed all of this) doing it to us?

that meme can also refer to mental/physical disorders/conditions and being positive in every situation is closer to being naive than anything else - also being potentially dangerous if it fosters complacency. while i agree with the sentiment you are putting out it's not quite that simple - it's kind of like telling an insomniac to just go to sleep :^)

People, don't use this as a reason to be lazy. Be optimistic and proactive but don't burn yourself out or try to "force" results.
Which is it, then?
You say to not be lazy, and then you say to not 'force results'. Pick one.

You, and this video, are right. This is how the world works. But we don't ask, how would we feel towards a person who would create a system that works like this?

Good idea. Thanks for the tip. . . . meditate before starting a project to cleanse or relax the mind. Very cool. 😎

Exactly, I was thinking about this too ! 😊
That's cool. Thanks for sharing!
Great example. Thanks for clarifying

Sometimes the reverse is also true. I passed an exam with high grades because I was so scared I couldn't sleep the night before. Then the next year I passed the same exam but I thought it was going to be easy because of last year's good result and I did a mediocre performance. In my welcome email I reference this exact message, "life is inspiration for ideas, which means that in order to write about one’s life, one must live first. But just know, if I’m busy living and not writing, something good is coming your way." So often, I find that those who most preach about the importance of 'getting out of your own way' are the same ones who talk about the importance of planning and envisioning your future and filling it in with as much detail as possible -- which keeps us in the habit of removing ourselves from the present moment and obsessing over what's beyond our control.

This is correct. All the worry and fear never got me anything. Action and work are the key.

I have lived this fact many, many times.

exactly this is what the basic fundamental concept of "bhagavadgeetha", wherein it is very clearly stated the " only do your duty , donot bother about end results". that means if you have sincerely tried at something you need not unduly worry about the outcome, in any way which is useless to worry.
OMG THANKYOU SO MUCH!!!! 2:08 impressing the sage resonates massivley with me. i have allways considered myself a hard worker and allways go above and beyond for others and wonder why im allways left in the dust and no one appreciates it. and this has made so much sense!!! i do have a habbit of reminding people of stuff ive done to help them when they are being rude or difficult for what seems no reason and i allways have the best intent and allways give and find myself in this stressful weird situation where i feel u appreciated and overworked. this has really helped me alot thankyou so much
I was having this mad headache and thought it was the end of me. After watching this video I feel so relaxed and now worrying less, the headache just went off by itself, although I still have to go to the hospital today , but I feel much better now
😂😂
man I had the worst headache today 😂

there is a series of books called The Inner Game of... then a sport, like The Inner Game of Tennis, or of golf, etc.
Amazing !
Wow!!!! I am such insatiable soul for such love stories.
I am 37 but have not found love ever in my life...forever single. 😅
@@0rhythm_divine0 it is true love! I lost her to cancer last October, after 20 years together. The best 20 years of my life.
I Have the most important meeting of my life today, and the timing of this video is immaculate. Thank you.
This really works. I almost gave up teaching kindly my students, but then they started to learn very fast and enjoy the moment more!
When you stop caring you stop caring. And you learn to just be
कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन - Srimad Bhagvat Gita. It means, keep on performing your duties without being attached to the result of your actions.
once you stop caring you hurt everyone around you, as you start to degrade
you get lazy,
you become impotent,
you hate yourself
you want to die sooner
dont stop caring
work hard
be compassionate
don't take things for granted
find love and peace
without it this world is worthless
The beauty of this concept, is in it simplicity, and you
being ready to hear its message..
There was another RUclips video that explains this effect as wearing out your logical brain. Optimum brain activity involves all areas of the brain, which only happens in a state of relaxation and gratitude.
This and the two other videos (backward law, law of reversed effect) are priceless, even though the three videos discuss the same central idea, they are so important for human beings and more than worth it. Great great job!
Do what works for you.
caring too much about results works against us ...the Vedic Gita gyan is that we should do right actions without caring about the results ...when we do not gno what the right actions are, we should find out what the right actions are and once we find out what the right actions are, we should just do those actions without caring about the results
how can I translate this to my goals, for example I have goals in basketball to go pro? What should be my mindset and my actions
Thanks.
I'm with you on that.
I think the better way to approach this problem is removing the ego: the need for validation or approval, or trying to be perceived /recognized a certain way.
When I’m a state of flow, you can accomplish anything without consciously thinking about whether you’re achieving it or not.
I used to have lots of ambition but I failed at everything so I stopped caring. Nothing has changed except that without trying I don't fail.
@@observer7418 Same story here. Now I just go through the motions of life. I don't care anymore. I just put in minimal effort.
@@observer7418but you don't succeed either, but atleast you don't stress yourself.
Fought for a specific position for years. Ended up finally getting a “if it comes it comes” attitude. Got the position.
People are fucked up and will do fucked up things if given power.
Results come but you stop caring
Results will be there, until you start caring. Truth is mindfuck
I tried not carring and low and behold NOTHING HAPPENED! YAY!
Don't just do something.. stand there. 🐰
This vid remind me about how I tend to be overthinking and care too much what others people opinion are. It's indeed so exhausting
It's like telepathy, I was just thinking about this channel... always my go to thought cleanser ❤
As mentioned in Bhagwad Geeta..
"Karm karo phal ki chinta mat karo..". I.e. Just keep doing your duties i.e. job or task and don't worry about the results....
This video explains well 😊😊
Thank you for this video. I found it in a very hard period in my life. I'll take this lessons with me from now on. Wish you all the best in what you do man.
Brilliant video! The Law of Reverse Effect is such a powerful concept. Your explanation on how detachment can lead to results is spot-on. Very enlightening!
Life is literally that meme: "I'm fine with how the current events are going." (As the room is on fire). We literally have no control and have to be positive in every situation. Life is beautiful, absurd and profound.
that meme can also refer to mental/physical disorders/conditions and being positive in every situation is closer to being naive than anything else - also being potentially dangerous if it fosters complacency. while i agree with the sentiment you are putting out it's not quite that simple - it's kind of like telling an insomniac to just go to sleep :^)
@@genesises isn't that what society already tells us to do? Especially at work. To be stoic, suppress everything and fall in line?
@@genesises yes we need to have a healthy balance of all emotions. Everything has its place in moderation. People are very judgemental and make healthy society difficult. It would be nice if we could have true freedom of speech, kind people to listen, empathize and help, but I don't think it's like that. Sometimes I feel like life is more like the Fallout games. Post apocalyptia anyone?
