Counter argument - if you're going to failure on bench for your first exercise, you are going to get very little value from overhead press as your second exercise. Your shoulders are just too tired from the bench. Vertical and horizontal push/pull days
idk why but since my arms are much longer, even with all the shouldwr warmups + i also do cable external rotations, my front delts always hurt on normal bench. But whenever i do incline, i feel my chest much more and front delts dont hurt. I think for those who are abit taller/have longer arms should do more incline bench as their compounds and then do dumbells, flys etc.
I need to warm up with the band like that. I usually don't have long to lift so the warm ups are always too short. I do a light set of bench and a set of pull ups then right into it lol
my trainer recommended 2 mins of rest between sets, and rep range 8-12 (if I can't get to 8 take weight off, go over 12 put more weight) for maximum hypertrophy, what do you think? thanks

Before you preach about health you should get your ldl and hdl checked. They are tanked I guarantee it. Especially if you are on trt and with your poor diet

For heavy weight lifting take as much time as you need 2-5 minutes is fine just make sure when u do the set you push yourself to the max.
3-5 minutes and anywhere from 5-30 reps if taken close to or at failure are good
