Nicely done in a good understandably way-thanks Gunther :-)
Thank you for the nice comment! Until this video is wasn't totally clear to me how the lights had to be used, so I looked it up in official documents and made a summary.
Thanks.
A very instructive video, as always. Thanks.

Cool! Another great video yours. Congratulations by fellow work. Evaldo Paulino of Florianópolis/ SC, Brazil.
Thank you for the nice comment and your support!
This video really helped me a lot thank you
Fine to hear it could help you. In my first videos at some points I didn’t use the lights correctly. Therefore, I decided to look it up and made a summary video. Thanks for the comment!
Hi Gunther. I'm really enjoying your videos and I just subscribed. If you have a chance, would you please do a flight with the A2A C182 using the Pilot's Map for navigation? I'm getting the aircraft very soon and would like to see how that's done. I haven't seen any videos on RUclips that use it. Thanks very much. Jeff

Thanks again Jeff. I'm glad it can help you!
On this screenshot, that I quickly made now, you can see how the map looks: www.fsfiles.org/flightsimshotsv2/image/Dxl
In my video for the A2A Spitfire I shortly showed it at 18:20 minutes to check if I was going in the correct direction. That airplane doesn't have a GPS. I paused the simulation at that moment.

The map can show the airways and airspaces. It's just a (moving) map that shows where the airplane is located on the map. But you can use it to find your way around if you don't want to use the GPS.
On a C182 it is more logical to use a GPS device. Meanwhile I bought the fully simulated GTN750 (complex GPS) to use in the A2A C182. It has a very big screen. But it costs as much as the A2A C182.
You cannot go wrong with this GA airplane.
Gunther
Gunther Willems Hi Gunther. Thanks very much. The reason I want to use the map is that I'm currently taking flight simulator flying instruction, and you're not allowed to use a GPS unit for navigation. I thought the map would be a good tool to use right now, but I don't really know how to use it. I'm starting at the very beginning and know very little about navigation at this point.
Did you buy the Flight 1 GTN750? I imagine you did. I intend to get that a bit later for the A2A C182 also.
Thanks again. Jeff
Just FYI Gunther, in the word municipal the 'c' makes a 's' sound. So it sounds like 'mew-nis-uh-pull'. Your English is wonderful I just caught that one thing and thought I'd try to help. Thank you for the great videos.
Thank you! I looked the word up and wrote it down in my list of words I must be careful with. Another solution would be to stop flying in Redding Municipal :-)
Thanks!
REALLY enjoy your vids especially when they originate outta my backyard. I'm located in Chico KCIC so am very familiar w/ surrounding area. I also have KRDD, ORBX Northern CA, Southern CA, Pacific Northwest, P3D.
Maybe you could show me sometime how to "multi player" fly together.
+NorCal
Thanks!! It's indeed interesting that you know the surroundings :-) I also have these sceneries except Southern CA. All great representations of the real places. Very fun to fly in them with real weather. Until now I only tried Vatsim once for flying online. I think I read that P3D (3) has a multiplayer function. Don't know if it is used a lot. For the moment I prefer to experiment with the default AI traffic. It's fun to learn all this in a simulator on your own computer.
