Don Sanchez Thank you! Yes, A2A has the best GA airplane simulations. Their other airplanes have the same quality. Because the C182 is their last, it is again a step forward.
Very, very nice tips, specialty to turn on C182. btw, um must at APP watch the centerline and Vapp at 60kts. When cross edge line, reduce power and smooth flare the plane, remember, more AoA, quickly loss of sustentability, but 182 need a little bit more "push" to land with main gear. Fly Safe
I like the tuto.finally I succeeded to localize both airport on GoogleMap. (2W3 and KGRF).If you are not living there,it helps.Usually I "fly" with the Boeing 737, but after seeing your tuto I decided to buy the Cessna 172 of A2A. Now I am going to use your video on my Apple tablet and I will start the P3D simulation on the the PC at the same time.I am doing well with the Boeing but nevertheless, you need some guidance when you want to try another aircraft.I have posted your video on Facebook.best regards, Raymond
Thank you Raymond for the nice comment and the support! I'm glad it can help you. Flying a Cessna 172 or 182 has a completely different feeling than a Boeing 737. Less procedures and more flown manually :-) It certainly is interesting to be able to fly these 2 categories of airplanes.
Really enjoyable little flight. Very good text descriptions made it enjoyable from a learning perspective. Not sure if I'm going crazy but every time you touched the mixture control to lean it out (pulling out) your text said mixture rich. I thought it was full rich for landing and take-off (fully in) and lean it out depending on altitude for economy etc... (pulling it back). You had the mixture rich and lean in the right place, it's just the text said the opposite when leaning. Small point which shows how good the rest of the video was. If I'm wrong please do correct me. Thank you for sharing your flight with us.
neutrino Thank you for your nice words! I'm glad it could help you. You are right. At 6:09, 16:11 and 27:15 I do the correct movement, but my subtitles are wrong. It's strange I didn't notice it when checking the final version. Thanks for mentioning it! Your summary is also correct.
That's amazing Gunther, you sure are quick off the mark. Thank you so much. It's amazing how generous people can be with their time and knowledge. You are a credit to this community. :-)
Hi Gunther. Beautifully done. You showed all of the procedures very clearly. One question. You can make the GPS400 2-D panel window bigger by clicking-and-dragging on the border with your cursor, right? Thanks a lot. Jeff
+Jeff Puha Thank you Jeff for the positive comments and support! I quickly tested it. Yes you can make it bigger with the mouse cursor as you describe. I made a screenshot after making it bigger. www.fsfiles.org/flightsimshotsv2/image/Dxl Gunther
Hagux Virpilot Hola Hagux, Thanks for posting! I really like P3D and had no problems with it. Graphically it's the best at this moment. All my old FSX add-ons still work. (With Estonia Migration Tool). I'm not sure if the flight model is much different from FSX. The near future will be interesting now that Dovetail Games has acquired the rights for FSX. I'm learning a lot from this program and will continue using it in the future. Saludos!
Hello! i not only enjoed your video, but also its very detailed explicit matériel That is why ! congratilate you, because offen the videos of partners are poorly contructed or badly or quickly explain to the speed of light! explain video are explained by the presenter too quickly and we understand absolutely nthing; While your video is excellent and very good quality! i congratulate you that you are of clever you understant how to put a prper video available for users wishing to read them
+Allane Golfiguer Thank you Allane Golfiguer for your comments and praise. Really appreciated! I do my best to give a good summary of each virtual plane I fly. I try to concentrate on professional or very accurate simulations. With each video I also try to make it better. Huge thanks.
Thanks so much for this video. There is quite a lot to learn with this plane and your guide is very helpful for me :) Have you checked out the GTN-750 addon gps unit for this plane? Its very cool!
Oliver Shotter Thank you! I'm glad it could help you. No, I don't have the GTN-750 yet. I'm hesitating. The next Accu-sim update will add support for it to the A2A Piper PA-28 and Cessna 172 too. Thanks for the tip!
Michael Van Heemst Thanks for the remark. On this approach it was strange. I stayed for almost the full length on the center line and suddenly it moved to the left. I will practice some more.
Compare this ORBX time 11:00 through 16:00 with the first few minutes of this real-world 2w3 Swanson take off from rwy 16 to see how good the ORBX photo realism is. Type in the RUclips browser "Eatonville Washington in a C172L
i've bought the plane, Great plane. but i don't seem to be able to repair parts of the plane. when i load up the plane it sais that there is a fuel leak, and more. How can i repair these parts?
Joysticked Did you check in the maintenance hangar: shift+7. Texts in yellow and red are problems. Click on them to repair. Also click on the tools icon on the engine and see if everything is ok there too. Then check the fuel manager shift+4 if all is ok If you cannot resolve the fuel leak this way, reboot the computer and try again in the maintenance hangar.
I seriously rarely ever fly anything but this plane, and I have a lot of very good and expensive payware aircraft, it’s just that good.
Very nice video and great tutorial. I just got the A2A 182 and love it. Definitely takes the experience to a different level.

This NDB approach is outdated. Thanks for the video.
Thanks for indicating that the NDB approach has changed. Thanks for the comment!
Great video! Thank you for the great tutorial. I love P3D2 too. No way to return to the old FSX.
+Luis Alberto Celestino Vargas
Thank you very much! I'm not going back too. P3D is FSX and more. I like the more :-)

Thanks for that great work! Guess i buy it tomorrow.

Hi Gunther,
bought it today :-).Thanks, and same to you!

I agree: el avión A2A Cessna 182 es fantástico.

watch that center line!

I love this plane but the one thing that bothers me is the rather cloudy windshield...
At the moment this is the airplane I fly in the evening. I checked it today, but in P3D 3.4 the windows are very clear.
