The Warriors are learning how to play against the Celtics. Draymond bodys up to Williams to keep him from sitting under the basket to block shots, that was huge.
Championship and playoff ball is different. And that depth of experience is what will give the Warriors the ring. He’s right. That emotional, physical, psychological knowledge of how it feels, when everything is at stake, but you can still be present, relaxed, have faith and just play your game, is crucial. That’s what Kerr and Steph and others bring. More than confidence, it’s about an understanding. It always takes an entire team to win.
Yes. The Celtics too quickly jumped out almost to the man, said they've got through it all already playing for the conference championship. They've been battle hardened and are ready.
Wiggins was never a bad player. He has different skills that people and coaches had a hard time knowing what to do with him or how to use his abilities Golden States staff is a goldmine at using a players best skills to make them better players.
Steph gives players confidence that other stars don’t sports is about confidence. We saw how jordan drags players through the mud and Kobe did the same. Bron just traded them. If kobe and Bron had the same mentality they would had more rings
Steve Kerr, in my opinion, does not get enough credit for the adjustments, X and Os, and good old fashioned coaching, especially in this series. Letting Wiggins "get off" is knowing which player has it and which player doesn't (Steph). The Dubs defense amped it up at just the right time, Tatum has set some kind of turnover record, and he's a star. I still have The Dubs in 7.
