When i ordered my first two ac collectors editions(origins and odyessy) orgions was late and ubisoft gave me a unique concept art to say sorry for the delay and odyessy they forgot to give me the deluxe bonus with and emailed me the code and 500 helix points for the trouble. Thankfully none were broken , im hoping that vahalla doesnt have any problems. Great vid as always and sweet tat as well
Same thing happened to me haha, they sent that special lithograph. I just never put it on display. And I think it'll be fine with the Valhalla collectors edition. These are polyresin statues that are normally more fragile. The collectors editions are usually something like pvc, so its much cheaper, and doesn't break as easily ironically.
Not a huge deal in the end because they've been quick fixes and they've responded to me quick with partial refunds. But yea, it'd be nice to get one in perfect condition
