God I love Machinima, especially when the finished product is revealed. Th Linkin Park song was a nice touch at the end! Thank you Matteo, for creating this masterpiece, thank you to the cast and crew who had to put up with his antics, thank you for this!

God, I love the ending there. Shepard's speech at 1:01:23 is my philosophy, frankly. No matter how many realities exist, everything is important, no matter how small or insignificant they may be to the grand scheme of things.

Few questions: 1: why couldn’t the original Jonah just shifted off the ship as it exploded? 2: what was stopping Shepard and the captain from shifting off the ship? And why did Shepard have to stay with the captain? That confused me a bit. 3: in the director commentary for the first shift, you talked about s moment where Lucy explains the significance of her name in shift 2 but I am oblivious to when this was. I still loved every second! I love your machinimas and your cinematography is absolutely perfect!
1. I suppose if it were timed exactly right, it would work- I retconned this so that someone from the crew needed to stay onboard for it to explode. At the end of the day, it's a similar plothole like other movies have where it's simply necessary for the plot to continue, like Dr. Strange not cutting Thanos' arm off or something instead. 2. Shepard was keeping the Virus from shifting away. The Virus gave up because he refused to reject his own philosophy; that nothing matters. If he had shifted away, he would have proved them right- and he was just spiteful enough not to do that. 3.Lucy explains that Jonah gave her the name when she and Shepard are talking in their pocket reality, around 22:28. Wow. This is amazing, I really loved the 1st one too! Script is good, actors are good, and the setting is good two! Overall one of the best machinimas I’ve ever seen!
Amazing, emotional, and most of all every scene was beautifully set. Awesome one, truly worthy to carry on the Shift series. Btw I dived a bit deeper, seems like it was edited from a full-on episodic series to the very professional and movie like format its in now.
I just finished watching both Machinimas and all I have to say is this: WOW. This was really, _really_ good quality for a Machinima, especially the script, which goes above and beyond in the drama part of the story. It may not be the best in witty dialogue like 'Red vs Blue' or pure heroism and action like 'Rise of the Spartans' or 'the Forgotten Spartans', but it works really well as something else entirely. It feels like high-tier science fiction in the likes of Interstellar and Deus Ex. The choice of music really fit too. I could hear some music from GotG and Avengers in the first one and from Ender's Game in this one. Good choice on using the music from the final battle in this. I am curious about what would happen to the main four now, how they will live their lives. There really isn't much to work for another story now that a threat to reality itself has been destroyed. But I can see some feeling between Jonah and Miller that probably need to be at least talked about. Overall, excellent, excellent story!

And in all honesty I hope Hollywood never does get a hold on SHIFT or any show like it because they change too much of it and the dialogue is usually stupid and doesn't make much sense. I’m still caught in a self-debate of whether the ending to this one was worthy enough for a Shift 3, or if it was a good enough ending to not continue with the series. But tbh, I would like to see a Shift 3. Maybe in Halo Reach and as a sort of prequel to what happened before the events of the first Shift. Maybe even a backstory on the main antagonist of Shift 2. I’ve got a few ideas. Other than that, both Shift and Shift 2 are VERY well made Halo Machinimas.

That makes it more powerful if you are able to secure a legacy longer than others. In the end God is all that matters because he is Existence.
