Nah Imma say the ship is bad. The range is a huge issue - imagine hunting an enemy dd only to find their cruiser actively supporting that dd - what decent cruiser players do. Your guns and torps aren't even a threat to cas and bbs. It makes me feel like its another version of z52, which is also garbage in the current environment. And let's be honest, dmg is a huge factor in determining if a ship is niche or not in blitz.

The smoke skill and speed acceleration skill reduces the reload time but doesn’t effect the length of it same thing for fuel smoke

I am averaging 53k damage so far in the tier 9 IT dd. I am very excited for the tier 10 dd. The gun range I find not be a huge issue for me at least
