Loving the Doctor Who collection so far, nice to see more Disney Plus Blu-rays and sad to see DMC go. Also side note Ultraman Connection and the Mill Creek have officially announced Ultraman Taiga Blu-ray so I’m happy.
I’m looking forward to Taiga as well!
Hopefully with the new deal, we’ll see Ducktales, Gargoyles, Buzz Lightyear of Star Command, SW TCW S7 and other much demanded Blu-Ray titles of animated shows they’re allergic to doing.
I can't believe we still haven't gotten TCW S7
@Soundout12 At this rate, we'll see Sega publish the completed Sonic Project-06 as an official remaster of Sonic 2006 than us seeing a TCW Season 7 Blu-Ray or a new complete TCW set with all seven seasons plus the movie.
Can never get enough of the blu-ray/dvd hauls!
If you do look for the classic Doctor Who, I'd just note that the UK stuff generally has better and more consistent packaging than the US stuff, and much better numbering. The special features, which are really extensive, are the same, I believe, but the packaging is a lot better on the UK versions.
It may be true that the UK sets have better packaging, there have been quality controls issues of disc trays falling out and not to mention that they're limited edition sets that go for hundreds on the after market. Its just easier and cheaper to stay with the US release. At least in my opinion. Same content most of the time (The Chase has the Beatles stuff cut out but that's about it)
I always wanted to get the Dr Who Blurays, my friends always say to get the UK region Blurays due to the frame rate being different? I guess? I watched all of 9 through 11 on Netflix I believe a few years back (maybe it was Amazon Prime? one of those streaming services) but always held off on buying the Blurays due to the frame rate.

I’ve never seen the Elektra Director Cut and I’m someone who doesn’t think that movie is horrible. I’ll have to make that happen.
I was thinking about holding off on getting the other universes Ultraman suit type zero, and then putting it in the BBTS pile of loot. I decided to just order it anyway.

They're not great, but Daredevil and Elektra have their moments. I find they both have some interesting villain portrayals. I recently over the last year got all of Marvel's older, pre MCU content and it's been fun reexamining it all.
I remember loving Michael Clarke Duncan’s Kingpin so I’m excited to see Daredevil again at the very least for him
I’ve been working through Marvel stuff I haven’t seen lately, like right now I’m going through the Netfix shows but sorta held up by Iron Fist S1 being a drag

I’ve been working this year to avoid buying things that I don’t actually want and are just collection fillers
But probably Transformers Earthspark S2 for being DVD only and The Marvels for barely having any bonus features
