She wanted to end the frienship but didn't want to sound like a b$##/. That's why she came up with a sob story and couldn't even say it outloud without sounding like a Karen.
Usually girls like to give tons of details when they're going after someone. The facts that she said OP has done nothing wrong just proved she wanted out of the frienship.

I’d like to see one about Daniel, the kid who lost his dad who was in the Air Force. Seemed like a mature and smart kid, I wanna see how he is doing.
Same and the update on the girl who had her first kiss on the Halloween dance. I wonder if there still together.
As expected, Kendall was indeed a fake friend. Kendall falls into the "drama-queen" type of toxic friend. Basically, she makes up unnecessary drama from the action which does the least possible impact on her mental health.
I'm glad August moved on from her relationship with Kendall and Chase. Those two were just as toxic, and being in close contact would only cause more damage.
Just note: If you are EVER in a friend group that feels toxic or ingenuine, do what is right and end it. Your mental health matters more than a relationship.

I had a friend like that last year. He cut me off randomly like Kendall did with her and I still don't understand. At this point, I stopped caring, even though it's awkward given we have a small class with one another. Even his friends sided with me and he doesn't seem to be doing well as he misses a lot of days and is behind in grades. I'm just waiting for my graduation in June.

It's been years since I watched you. I watched you when I was somewhere in elementary. Growing up, I started to miss watching your video so I'm glad I got recommended by one of your videos again. Your videos helped me that I'm not alone suffering because others are too and that in the future is gonna be brighter than we'll think.
I remember sending my stories in then delted the app for space I have literally no idea what happened to those stories lol
Some people have this thing that whenever they'll find new friends they would instantly forget the previous one's. It happend with me my friend suddenly on the first day of 9th grade stopped taking to me, saying that I was spreading the news of her dating some guy whereas she was the one holding hands and walking in our school campus openly 😂
