I thought it was pretty good considering the 7900xt is $700 and performs very well when going against the $1000+ 4080. I noticed some games were very close and others that had an advantage wouldn't be worth an extra $300+ IMO since they are very playable with both GPUs. If the majority of gamers end up buying AMD and Intel GPUs then Nvidia will be forced to drop prices. Everyone wins if that happens and Nvidia would still be very profitable, but many will still buy Nvidia even if AMD was a better choice for them. Nvidia is savvy when it comes to making people think you must have an Nvidia GPU or your gaming experience will suffer dramatically. That's just not true, you can have a great gaming experience with both AMD and Nvidia along with Intel that will be releasing the upcoming B570/B580 Battlemage GPUs which looks very promising for the average consumer. The B580 is said to be a great 1440p performer with XESS to further boost it. I sure hope AMD and Intel can shake up the market and force Nvidia to stop pricing everything so ridiculously high for what it's actually worth.
