Tyler you're rocking the miles on this trip...great for you! This formula/methodology should be taught in every high school, college and university in America! So many students graduate with various degrees and have no clue how to generate wealth. The debt cycle either has them or soon will cause of student loans! Then the credit card industry makes it so easy to dig a debt trap! As always, it's great to hear from you and roll safe out there! Thank you for all you do!
I'm not sure how a driver wouldn't be a millionaire if he drove OTR as much as possible for 10 years as a company driver. Don't most drivers start making over $100,000 per year after the first year? I plan on investing in an IRA I already have. I have no debt, no family and I own my own home already so I will be able to save everything I can over 8 to 10 years. I like your suggestions on the stock market though, because I will also be looking into investing along the way. I would be surprised if I wasn't a millionaire in 10 years as a company driver.
1. Know what you want to do in trucking then work towards that 2. Get out of debt and stay out of it! 3. Save up 6 months of expenses in a HYSA 4. Start investing - stocks, real estate, O/O - read up on Jack Bogle and JL Collins, Robert Kiyosaki, or bigger pockets

You’re right Jon, it definitely should be taught in all schools but they don’t by design as you just alluded to! Thank you for watching!

Most drivers make $60k
@@TruckingUnfiltered Even if they drive for a company every hour they possibly can, legally? I'm talking no vacation, little to no time home.

Staying out of debt is the clue .
The emergency fund is critical. I was seriously injured in a workplace accident and deeply regretted not having one
Yes it is
Currently company drivers with Crete running Monday through Friday could become o/o running 2500 miles avg weekly?
Yes
