    I'm caught on this fact:
These 18 jurors have strength in friendship in each other.
Colby Ryan has been accepted and embraced by Tanmy's family.
Kay and Larry now have this friendship and love for Jon, Lauren, and their son.
Chad now gets to sit in a cold cell, alone, with nothing but the walls. No goddess, no money, no Prophethood.
    Was it worth it, Chad?

He chose Nov '19 to Feb '20 - 3 months of hedonistic behaviour ( that's the true amount of time he had complete access to LV) over an insurmountable number of people's lives - victims, families, LE, Prosecutors, Court staff, Jurors and their families, neighbours and once friends, medical professionals.... and future generations of family members....
      3 months, countless lives affected.
      A just sentence.

Agreed, if i could offer one teensy suggestion for anyone who finds themselves placed in a similar position, keep talking, keep unpacking, keep assessing the 'sticking points' of emotions, in Mr Blake's case my one thing i would suggest is bring your wife with you to the dinner with the other jurors, that they bring their significant people. It helps them understand you better in these circumstances, it helps them connect with the other family members, all of you can support each other in unpacking, learning and feeling.... together.

Every time I hear one of the jurors speak I cry
There is a brokenness in their voices and to think chad Daybell is responsible for that as well as all the other tragedies he's guilty of
It's nice to know that these people can obtain medical help it may take months for the jurors to feel all the damage that was done to them
All are in my prayers nightly

Their support for each other will be a tremendous part of their collective healing. It is my hope that connecting with the victims brought them peace as well.

Prior’s argument that Chad was somehow the targeted victim was such a ridiculous argument. If Chad had been the target, and had been shot, then Tammy would have gotten the life insurance money, not Lori. So what was Lori’s motive? And also, Mr. Prior, I thought you said it was a paintball gun. How could Chad be the target to be killed if it was a paintball gun? Which one is it?
I get it, he didn’t have much to go with. And he was trying to poke holes. But honestly! That defense was just stupid!

What an absolutely stellar human being you are Mr. Blake!!! We are so incredibly grateful for your insight, but more so the level of empathy you so beautifully possess. I didn't have any doubt the jury got the verdict correct - however hearing his insights blew me away with all that they had to shoulder, how perfectly they all were able to filter through the evidence and for the level of sincerity each of them possessed. Blake, thank you for sharing your experiences with us. You are seriously a remarkable human being!!
5 years ago, I was fortunate to be a juror on a murder case in Colorado. The trial was only 3 weeks long, but it was still very life changing for me. I have so much respect and admiration for all of you who committed your life and time to this case for 2 months! I have really enjoyed each of your interviews as you've shared your thoughts and experiences with us, and I just want to say thank you for serving and for giving it your all! We are so lucky, as American citizens, to be able to take part in our system of justice. However, that doesn't mean it's easy! The 18 of you who were chosen were exactly the 18 who were meant for the job, and you've given so much peace to the families and so many of us as well! Thank you!

I’ve been in this business for a long time and I’ve never seen a case this disturbing. John, how do so many people allow such evil??? If even one of them had spoken up and stopped this madness people wouldn’t have been dead. Well Charles did everything humanly possible, including talking to law enforcement but it went no where. So. on some level, i do not think anybody could have stopped this. Charles Vallow spoke up. Police did not take him seriously. Brandon nearly lost his life and his kids. Kay and Larry spoke up. People like Megan Connor and Heather Daybell spoke up. They were labeled as dark. I think Chad would have killed them as well if he could have.

Blake, Thank you for serving and serving with such thoughtfulness. So many of us worried about you jurors …worried about your spirit. We were able to talk with each other daily and support one another …and you had to absorb everything and couldn’t speak with anyone for several weeks. Maybe it’s all starting to hit you now. Continue to share your story and slowly decompress. You’re a wonderful person and I’m sure you and the other jurors will draw strength from healing with each other. Hugs:)
