0:22 wow, ever since I became Orthodox I’m finding people who actually are fellow orthodox ( well, I assume you are). It’s very weird to me since I never seen anyone orthodox since my conversion and now I keep discovering it when I’m not even looking for it. That may not make sense, but I really am enjoying this pattern

Your rosary is beautiful! I would like to know what the name of your red theotokos icon as please? I am Orthodox would like to know where I could get one like that. I am looking forward to purchasing one of these awesome rosaries soon too.

Thank you for the kind words! Rugged Rosaries included it in the package, so I do not have any specific information on it. Perhaps you could email them and maybe they could tell you? Their customer support email is support@ruggedrosaries.com. Again, thanks for watching!

was hoping to find an orthodox review of rugged rosaries! i just ordered their ww1 battle beads with the byzantine cross, waiting patiently for it to arrive since it's got to go from Texas all the way to me in North England but i'm sure it'll be worth the wait
Edit: I also noticed you said in orthodoxy we pray the rosary differently, i've sort of developed my own way of using them just to pray the Jesus Prayer with prostrations on what would usually be the Our Father beads, but could you tell me what method it is you were referring to?

There’s actually a couple of methods. Here are a few online resources that I found particularly helpful.
      oblatesosbbelmont.org/2012/10/27/rosary-of-st-seraphim-of-sarov-appears-to-be-older-than-the-latin-rosary/
      www.orthodoxwest.com/the-rosary
I’m sure there’s also countless other great online resources I haven’t stumbled across.
I actually plan to do a video about Orthodox rosary use, so stay tuned!

@@rapscallionrobby hi thanks and id like to see how the orthodox church started and its roots about how the churches agreed the doxology and nicea creed. I read about how the orthodox and catholic church are basically as old as each other
