Guninder ji- For those who feel that the book is too poetic and has archaic English, Chapter 35- "Sparks upon the Godward Path" is the summary. Nevertheless, a brilliant book for all those who can patiently read and slowly absorb every bit of it. Also, Khalil Gibran's - "The Prophet" is a great sequential book to read. Both Naimy and Gibran were Lebanese and great friends.

Great review. I appreciate how saturated your words are with passion and thought. It’s easy to tell that this book has influenced you. The best “review” any book can get.
If you enjoyed this one, you should check out Thus Spake Zarathustra by Nietzsche. Naimy undoubtedly had to be intimately familiar with it when writing this book.

Thanks a lot for your kind appreciation. Truly I am still immersed in this book that really has transformative power. I also appreciate your suggestion about Thus Spake Zarasthura. That book is in my mind but still I am not able to prepare or elevate myself to take deep dive in that book. But one day I will definitely read the book and share views about it. Thanks again 🙏

I started listening to the audio book and first time in my life I felt intoxicated by one, I was feeling exhausted after my office work and felt highly drowsy, but I couldn't turn it off and forced myself to listen to it until 3:30 AM. I was a bit scared because I felt that after completing it, I might not remain same person as I was before. In words of Tolkein I declare this is, 'One book to rule them all.' I did not felt the need to annotate, write or add my thoughts in my notepad while listening to audio book, as everything was there, everything. There was no need for encroachment by myside. Listening to it felt like I am listening to the sweetest music nature has created and the that music is settling into my deep heart's core. Surely if you try to analyze, understand the meaning of the words, you will get nothing. I feel so much privileged that I was able to grasp its true meaning without any resistance, as I know many, many people might struggle to get the gist of it, including myself if I had read it few years back.

Siddhu ji, good video and talk. 🌺🙏 I heard about the book from Osho ji today, downloaded the book and started reading. I didn't know the background of Mikhail ji. Thank you for sharing light there. I have read quotes of Khalil ji, but do not know their journey. Knowing their journey is also important than only knowing the fruit of that journey. What do you say.

Dear Sir and others, is the book entirely allegory and philosophy or are there exercises (meditations etc.) prescribed to complement the path and bring the aspirant to Mystic fruition (full realization)? Many thanks.

The simplest way is to always feel the natural world around you…listen to the birds, feel the winds, relish sun rises and sun sets….read the religious books….it will give you immense strength…keep one thing in mind that low phases of life are actually preparing us for the betterment of tomorrow…it is just a correction time…just try to learn the lessons and prepare yourself for better future…everything will be great 👍
