I cannot even begin to tell you how much this video helped me. Finally, after watching at least 30 videos from various people, this is the one that actually worked for me! OMG! I have been trying for so long and I used your video using a "play, pause, do" strategy and it worked! Whew! Now... can you consider do the following: I have written a children's story. It isn't a picture book but I do want to include several pictures of the main character in different scenes in the story. How can I do that? AI does not make consistent images. Is this even something do-able? I don't want illustrated. I want what essentially looks like clipart picture of this dog and put him in different scenes.

lol plenty of room for us all. It’s funny I’ve been sharing openly about print on demand just like this for years and there’s still unlimited niches wide open that I go into these days all these years later.
I followed step by step and it seemed very easy. So in few days I created 5 word search books. I had few difficulties I would like to share here from creating until uploading. Mainly things have been very smooth but when it come to chatgpt, I had lots of struggle cause it took so much of my time. I used your link and just followed as you said replacing camping with the my niche and every time I need the word, chat GPT makes a lot of mistake with repeated words or words that includes number and sometimes 3 words. Anyway I managed to talk more and more until I get the list and I created my books, it just takes a bit more of my time to always ask to make the list over and over. Up to this point my books are in review. Today I found my first book changed status from (In review to Draft) after a quick search it turned out that something need to be changed so I can submit again, however i did not receive any emails about it. And lastly I am writing this cause I was just about to submit one more book now and a message pop-up that I have exceeded the daily title creation limit. Any ideas? And many thanks for your beautiful and well-explained videos.
@@maceyhoggins-k4r I was just explaining that gave chatgpt a hint hint, for example I did one word search book about cars, so I said include brands, spare parts, modifications tools, this way it finally gave me non repeated words after at least 3 false attempts.
@maceyhoggins-k4r Yes. I actually had to play with chatgpt for couple of times giving it more option until I got the unrepeated words. Its like the 5th attempt finally gave me the right results. I made a word search book about films and ì had to tell chatgpt to use film titles, characters, and shooting phrases.
Also as an update, up to this point using exactly the method explained in this video, I noticed some issues. 3 of the books were asked to be reviewed. Some issues the book had was the title on the book and in the form entry was not exactly the same. But one other thing that was not in this video is that Amazon KDP asked me to number the pages of the books, which I went online looking on how to do that, it was an easy process using BookBolt. Something that I am confused right now is one of my book I received an email that they found spelling problem on the title, which I fixed it and submitted again, then I noticed just now I got another email congratulation your book has been published, but they use the version with spelling issue, in fact I corrected the issue as they asked and uploaded the new cover.
But seriously ChatGPT is becoming a real issue. I have to spend lots of time to finally get list of non repeated words and today as I tried over and over to insure getting a non repeated words, in the middle of generating words, it showed the free limit usage and I had to wait hours to be able to continue.
As usual, excellent video. A follow-up video dedicated to 'trouble-shooting' (based on your own experiences of actually putting one of these books on Sale) would be very helpful. Also, for these kind of books, would you guess that an 'outsourced' professional cover design and / or 'pimping-up' each puzzle-page header, footer & margin with small topic-themed' icons / graphics (e.g., tiny elves, reindeer and the like) - increase the likelihood of lower refund requests or future sales? Does Book Bolt include an option to decorate headers, footers & margins in the fashion just described?

I do have a question - I tried using Chat GPT to come up with 495 words for a word search topic and used the exact instructions you gave in the video. It unfortunately gave many repeat words even though the instructions say not to repeat any words. I tried multiple different ways to give Chat GPT instructions to not repeat any words, but it didn't help. The topic I chose is very broad and should have no trouble finding words that don't repeat. Any suggestions? Thank you!
Hi, another quick question - I'm at the point where I've created the CSV file, but I can't figure out how to get back to the Book Bolt settings page so I can click the box that says "choose CSV file". That settings page disappeared on me. All I have in front of me is the studio page where I can see/edit the book cover. And I can see all 110 pages along the left-hand margin too. Any help? Thank you.
Got it figured out, and made it to the point of adding the keywords & description on the KDP site and when I went to continue, it says "the service or feature you're trying to use is currently unavailable. We're working to solve the problem as quickly as possible. Please try again later". Ugh, so frustrating as when I tried to refresh (as they instructed), it erased everything that I did on that page, so I had to re-insert all the descriptions, categories, keywords, etc, and it still isn't working. Grrr!!!!

Hey great question. I don’t personally recommend advertising. I think it’s hard to get it right and actually turn a profit. Instead of advertising, my recommendation is to create a lot of designs. Simply put, I have a lot of experience with businesses on these marketplace style websites and if you can create a lot of great listings, you will build up a really consistent income that’s 100% organic 👍
Nice work! You can just keep creating more books and not do any marketing if you’d like. That’s what I prefer because it’s a great use of time. You’ll get organic sales from Amazon customers without having to lift a finger. But if you’re up for it, TikTok is a really good platform for marketing right now. It’s definitely a bit of work and nothing guaranteed, but when it works it works really well 👍

@@junsuahn no worries! They are both very good but I’d say if you haven’t been accepted to Amazon Merch On Demand then I’d do KDP. I see them equally but I think KDP is easier and faster to start/scale because there are no upload limits. You’ve narrowed it down to a couple of the best online businesses so I don’t think you can go wrong either way!

Great video but im stuck. Its after Christmas so I thought about the next holiday so I wanted to do a Valentines day theme. Chat gpt only gave me 395 words, some are 12 letters and there are no spaces between the 2 letter responses. I am currently editing my list.
Hey good thinking on the holiday and that’s interesting about the GPT. Before you get too far correcting it, try starting g a new chat and doing another list. Sometimes is outputs results that are off, but just starting a new chat from scratch solves it automatically 👍
Hey Greg I am so excited to create my first word search! I am having trouble getting my zip file to open. It told me that all was successful but then said there was an error processing interior. I'm using a 2020 Google Chromebook for creating.
Hmm.. I’m not exactly sure why it wouldn’t open. I use an Apple computer and only have to double click the zip file to open it (turning it into a folder). I wonder if there’s a certain way to “unzip” a zip file on a Chromebook

Contributors are the people involved in creating your book, including authors, editors, illustrators, translators, and any others who assisted with your book’s creation." SO, my question is what are they talking about, I don't have any co-authors etc, etc? Thanks in advance for your help! 😊
Hey thanks and great question! I think they are referring to the author name. I’m assuming you used a ‘pen name’? I’ve gotten one rejection before because my author name was too similar to another authors name. I’d just try a different author name and you should be good to go 👍 as a side note, I haven’t found any added sales benefits to using any specific author names, so you can get as creative as you’d like. Hope that works!

Greg I have noticed that you don't talk about marketing your books. People that start this business think that gonna start getting cash flow once they publish there first books but I noticed that is not the case and alot of people hit a wall and get frustrated that there not making money. Do we need to market our published books???Do you market the books you publish on KDP ??
Hey great question. I personally don't use any paid ads anymore. They are a whole can of worms on their own, and in my experience come with a lot of stress trying to manage them and turn a profit. I've moved to the strategy of finding under-saturated niches and making books in those. They quickly get good rankings and get sales organically. Then rinse and repeat into as many of these niches as possible to get diversified. Exactly right! Your book will be available is all the marketplaces and you’ll get sales from them the same way as your local Amazon. The currency will be converted to your local currency automatically when paid out to you each month 👍

The puzzles can be forward going in any direction up, down, forward, backward and diagonal. Any words having a space will be compressed into one word

I followed step by step and it seemed very easy. So in few days I created 5 word search books. I had few difficulties I would like to share here from creating until uploading. Mainly things have been very smooth but when it come to chatgpt, I had lots of struggle cause it took so much of my time. I used your link and just followed as you said replacing camping with the my niche and every time I need the word, chat GPT makes a lot of mistake with repeated words or words that includes number and sometimes 3 words. Anyway I managed to talk more and more until I get the list and I created my books, it just takes a bit more of my time to always ask to make the list over and over. Up to this point my books are in review. Today I found my first book changed status from (In review to Draft) after a quick search it turned out that something need to be changed so I can submit again, however i did not receive any emails about it. And lastly I am writing this cause I was just about to submit one more book now and a message pop-up that I have exceeded the daily title creation limit. Any ideas? And many thanks for your beautiful and well-explained videos.

@@maceyhoggins-k4r I was just explaining that gave chatgpt a hint hint, for example I did one word search book about cars, so I said include brands, spare parts, modifications tools, this way it finally gave me non repeated words after at least 3 false attempts.
@maceyhoggins-k4r Yes. I actually had to play with chatgpt for couple of times giving it more option until I got the unrepeated words. Its like the 5th attempt finally gave me the right results. I made a word search book about films and ì had to tell chatgpt to use film titles, characters, and shooting phrases.
Also as an update, up to this point using exactly the method explained in this video, I noticed some issues. 3 of the books were asked to be reviewed. Some issues the book had was the title on the book and in the form entry was not exactly the same. But one other thing that was not in this video is that Amazon KDP asked me to number the pages of the books, which I went online looking on how to do that, it was an easy process using BookBolt. Something that I am confused right now is one of my book I received an email that they found spelling problem on the title, which I fixed it and submitted again, then I noticed just now I got another email congratulation your book has been published, but they use the version with spelling issue, in fact I corrected the issue as they asked and uploaded the new cover.
But seriously ChatGPT is becoming a real issue. I have to spend lots of time to finally get list of non repeated words and today as I tried over and over to insure getting a non repeated words, in the middle of generating words, it showed the free limit usage and I had to wait hours to be able to continue.

As usual, excellent video. A follow-up video dedicated to 'trouble-shooting' (based on your own experiences of actually putting one of these books on Sale) would be very helpful. Also, for these kind of books, would you guess that an 'outsourced' professional cover design and / or 'pimping-up' each puzzle-page header, footer & margin with small topic-themed' icons / graphics (e.g., tiny elves, reindeer and the like) - increase the likelihood of lower refund requests or future sales? Does Book Bolt include an option to decorate headers, footers & margins in the fashion just described?

Hi Greg. Thanks for putting so much (free) effort into your videos. It is much appreciated that you share so much knowledge with the YT community. I do have a question - I tried using Chat GPT to come up with 495 words for a word search topic and used the exact instructions you gave in the video. It unfortunately gave many repeat words even though the instructions say not to repeat any words. I tried multiple different ways to give Chat GPT instructions to not repeat any words, but it didn't help. The topic I chose is very broad and should have no trouble finding words that don't repeat. Any suggestions? Thank you!
Hi, another quick question - I'm at the point where I've created the CSV file, but I can't figure out how to get back to the Book Bolt settings page so I can click the box that says "choose CSV file". That settings page disappeared on me. All I have in front of me is the studio page where I can see/edit the book cover. And I can see all 110 pages along the left-hand margin too. Any help? Thank you.
Got it figured out, and made it to the point of adding the keywords & description on the KDP site and when I went to continue, it says "the service or feature you're trying to use is currently unavailable. We're working to solve the problem as quickly as possible. Please try again later". Ugh, so frustrating as when I tried to refresh (as they instructed), it erased everything that I did on that page, so I had to re-insert all the descriptions, categories, keywords, etc, and it still isn't working. Grrr!!!!
Hey it sounds like you got a lot of this solved already but I wanted to tell you that I’ve just updated the GPT to fix this issue. It has run into an issue of not finishing the list all the way but you should be good now 👍👍

Hey great question. I don’t personally recommend advertising. I think it’s hard to get it right and actually turn a profit. Instead of advertising, my recommendation is to create a lot of designs. Simply put, I have a lot of experience with businesses on these marketplace style websites and if you can create a lot of great listings, you will build up a really consistent income that’s 100% organic 👍

Nice work! You can just keep creating more books and not do any marketing if you’d like. That’s what I prefer because it’s a great use of time. You’ll get organic sales from Amazon customers without having to lift a finger. But if you’re up for it, TikTok is a really good platform for marketing right now. It’s definitely a bit of work and nothing guaranteed, but when it works it works really well 👍

@@junsuahn no worries! They are both very good but I’d say if you haven’t been accepted to Amazon Merch On Demand then I’d do KDP. I see them equally but I think KDP is easier and faster to start/scale because there are no upload limits. You’ve narrowed it down to a couple of the best online businesses so I don’t think you can go wrong either way!

Great video but im stuck. Its after Christmas so I thought about the next holiday so I wanted to do a Valentines day theme. Chat gpt only gave me 395 words, some are 12 letters and there are no spaces between the 2 letter responses. I am currently editing my list.
Hey good thinking on the holiday and that’s interesting about the GPT. Before you get too far correcting it, try starting g a new chat and doing another list. Sometimes is outputs results that are off, but just starting a new chat from scratch solves it automatically 👍

Hey Greg I am so excited to create my first word search! I am having trouble getting my zip file to open. It told me that all was successful but then said there was an error processing interior. I'm using a 2020 Google Chromebook for creating.
Hmm.. I’m not exactly sure why it wouldn’t open. I use an Apple computer and only have to double click the zip file to open it (turning it into a folder). I wonder if there’s a certain way to “unzip” a zip file on a Chromebook

Hey Greg, first of all, I love all of your POD and Now, Amazon KDP Videos, But I do have a fresh KDP question, I received an email from Amazon KDP and it says: "During our review, we found the contributor(s) listed for the following book(s) may confuse our customers. Contributors are the people involved in creating your book, including authors, editors, illustrators, translators, and any others who assisted with your book’s creation." SO, my question is what are they talking about, I don't have any co-authors etc, etc? Thanks in advance for your help! 😊
Hey thanks and great question! I think they are referring to the author name. I’m assuming you used a ‘pen name’? I’ve gotten one rejection before because my author name was too similar to another authors name. I’d just try a different author name and you should be good to go 👍 as a side note, I haven’t found any added sales benefits to using any specific author names, so you can get as creative as you’d like. Hope that works!

Greg I have noticed that you don't talk about marketing your books. People that start this business think that gonna start getting cash flow once they publish there first books but I noticed that is not the case and alot of people hit a wall and get frustrated that there not making money. Do we need to market our published books???Do you market the books you publish on KDP ??
Hey great question. I personally don't use any paid ads anymore. They are a whole can of worms on their own, and in my experience come with a lot of stress trying to manage them and turn a profit. I've moved to the strategy of finding under-saturated niches and making books in those. They quickly get good rankings and get sales organically. Then rinse and repeat into as many of these niches as possible to get diversified. Exactly right! Your book will be available is all the marketplaces and you’ll get sales from them the same way as your local Amazon. The currency will be converted to your local currency automatically when paid out to you each month 👍
