The writers had the opportunity to create a timeless scene, but failed miserably. If only she was allowed to show the natural innocence, vulnerability and unease that truely reflected the character dynamics, we wouldn’t be saying “great to see these two together again”, but “This is a timeless scene in film history”.

Not only that they knew each other a long time ago from the movie man on fire but also when the equalizer 3 was happening that the production thought that it was time for a sweet reunion for them to be reunited once again one last time. Also the movie should've given dakota fanning more parts but the movie was more about mccall who was a more of a great equalizer hero taking down more bad guys including the mafia mens.
I always find it amusing when a 26 year old is the handler for secret agents in the field. Another reason I like the Bourne fims is most of the head guys are seasoned older people. I do love Denzel and Dakota is great but it is hard to take any person her age seriously as a senior of operations in the CIA

@@nat0106951 It is getting harder to find some DVD's.. But if I love the movie or the actors in the movie, I will buy the DVD.. I have 3 different versions of LOTR and 3 of DUNE. 2 of 2010 and 2001.. Dune had the original which wasn't widescreen, then I got the wide screen version then I got the Blu-ray version.. Same with 2010 and 2001.. Original and then Blu-ray BTW, EQ3 wasn't as good as the first two.. IMO. I personally like EQ2 the best, then EQ1

One of the down falls to watching it in HRD/4K is the first scene at the vineyard when they are walking down to the basement.. the bodies all looked staged and fake.. But the opening scene aerial shot is freaking crazy baddass.. Same with some of the shots in through the city.. Watching it in 4k / HDR some scenes look too perfect, the detail is just amazing..

Found the inclusion of her character in the story to be unnecessary and not very interesting. Should have just had her incorporated into the story by dropping the file on her desk.

I'm convinced that all of the table business that Mr Washington is doing during their conversation (laying out the napkins, straightening things, dunking the teabag multiple times) are his ' payback' to try and unnerve Ms. Fanning for her 'Creasy, you're smiling' improv in Man On Fire that lead to her stealing that scene from him. I would like to think that both of them on other takes of the scene referred to each other as ' Creasy Bear' and 'Pita'....but I doubt it :) They are obviously complete pros or they wouldn't be in their respective positions in the industry. Still though....would be kinda cool if those outtakes existed .

The lighting and color grading in this movie is unlike anything I've ever seen. I watched it on an HDR monitor and HOLY SHIT.
