  • Wedge Pillows were literally life changing for me. Years ago I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. I just couldn't wear the cpap masks to sleep. My wife recommended trying a pillow wedge and it worked. The pillow wedges cured my sleep apnea and i stopped snoring. My wife was able to get a good nights sleep also. This TravelWedge self inflating pillow will not allow me to travel and still have a wedge pillow for sleeping. This bed wedge pillow is a game changer for me. I highly recommend this wedge pillow. If you have acid reflux, heartburn or gerd, you may want to see if this pillow will cure youre symptoms and help you get a good nights sleep.

Huh, that's the same material and design as my self-inflating camping mat. It makes a lot of sense on-the-go. Just bought one.

Does anyone use a wedge for side sleeping shoulder/cervical pain? I’m trying to fix that. Thanks.

I have a foam wedge and it's not even very high but it's hard and I slide down it. I found it to be really uncomfortable so I put it under my mattress. It's just not working well. What kind of cover does this have? Is it slippery and hard? Thanks

I've slept on wedges for years. It's how I cured my sleep apnia. If this is your first go round, you need to give it a couple weeks and then it will begin to feel natural to you. After that, you will not want to sleep without it.

Wow your question is why I am looking up videos on wedge pillows. I kept sliding off. I haven’t been able to get comfortable after my CTEPH/ PTE surgery.
