Very functional and one of my favorite container homes. That said, I would ditch the sauna for a dedicated bedroom. I get why they included it. Also, the black exterior color is visually appealing but that mini split condenser in white kinda sticks out. That said, the kitchen and bathroom were very nice.

a bathroom the size of a broom closet followed by a sauna the size of a small bedroom. 😂 think they should’ve split the difference

The only thing I would change is the sauna to the bathroom and the bathroom into the sauna of you still wanted the sauna. As for me I would rather have a washer /dryer unit there or a solar panel utility closet. That would be a better use of space.

Very cute get-a-way. I understand the aesthetic reason why there are no screens on the windows, but it usually gets quite cool up north at night and that sweet summer fresh air is delightful. (Levi, I think you used the cool plunge tub - sauna in the wrong order. The idea is to first heat up in the sauna and then plunge into the cold water to cool off. 🙃)

Always love to see container home ideas, & this was great! Such a good idea to place the 20' and 40' together to not only create a nice front patio, but also to make the width 16' in half of the home! And so many amenities to try, like the Nordic sauna & cold plunge for health benefits (I just read) and bicycling around that vast surrounding area would be so fun! Also love that large kitchen with the unique fridge, as well as the simple, stylish decor throughout. Thanks for another great video!😊

This is great to know Levi, Im from Minnesota and have strong connection to this area in particular. This is much better option than a hotel. My people cringe when they hear someone miss pronounce the word sauna. They will tell you it is sowna. like cow. sauna. Awesome content.

Container homes are always fabulous and I was Not expecting to find a sauna Inside one 😮 Loved those awesome shower tiles 😍 But really not a fan of the all in one open plan design Including the bed, I very much like separate areas. Lovely aesthetic throughout ❤
Looks like a good spot for a solo retreat to take walks and do some journaling. I love the two comforters on the bed.

Yeah pass....just wait till the spring when that river floods, or the winter, when the snow layer cakes that roof. I think this is the wrong tiny house for this area-- for the way its built. And I am from the Great Lakes region where all these elements hit the fan routinely
I’m from this area, the river is fine, there’s plenty of houses along the road all the way up to the lake.
