Absolutely not true for me. I have my first one in 2010 and the zipper finally broke in 2019. I love my Gabba and I bought a second one in 2018 and thinking of getting another one of the newer updated versions.
@@CyclingLove nice to ear your opinion. I got some pairs of their aero race bibshorts and they become unstitched after 2 months of use in my case, riding those 2 times a week. I got also a Perfetto jacket whose logos peeled away after 1 winter of use.
@@diegospina97 They will warranty the bibs. As for the logo, they probably will warranty that too although I usually don't sweat things that don't interfere with the functionality of the garment.
@@CyclingLove I got no warranty because I wrote directly to Castelli and I didn't get any answer back: zero customer service in my experiece. In result of that I moved to a Swiss brand that offer exceptional durability, comfort and customer service compared to Castelli.
