the video quality is way better than the ones you attach to your phone
But is the video and the photo resolution a true 1920x1080? On their website they state that the camera resolution is only 1 megapixel. That does not equate to 1920x1080 pixels. Software interpolation, maybe?
2:43 that hook is best used by electricians my friend! I own this same camera and I can tell you that the attachments, particularly the hook, makes me happy when I have wire that is stuck in conduit and I need to nudge it a little (passed couplings ect). Great tool.

I couldn't figure out how to go to the side camera because the instructions don't mention it, it dosen't even say that there's a button where the flex stick plugs in.

I was waiting for the camera to get to the end of the pipe and pop up out of the toilet in the house.
I have the exact same on. Just when you need it, it quit. For some reason there is no picture on the screen. So thats useless. Camera still works, no picture. No broken pins. Just when I need it..

$160? I bought one for $39 from Amazon, does the same, except it does not have the useless side facing camera. They all have a 16' cable but are only good for about 4'-5' before they curl up on themselves, unless you attach a fishing pole or similar rod to it.

those one are super soft, you can't do anything if it is not a straight pipe and even there, it is hard to push them deep in the pipe...
