After seeing my friend Trevor's new studio apartment space, I wanted to help take the 300 sq ft space and turn it into a spot where Trevor can entertain and hangout with friends. Through a bunch of facebook marketplace"ing" and DIY"ing" the space got a pretty stunning transformation. Huge thanks to Desenio as well for supplying the artwork and frames. The gallery wall is truly the focal point of the room.

Amazing space! I would love to see you do a space for a senior downsizing into a small studio or apartment. Sometimes these spaces lack style and it can be emotional transitioning to a care home or small independent living apartment for a senior.

That's such a great and thoughtful idea. I think he'd do a great job of it. He's always so in touch with the people he remodels for.
Do care homes allow room makeovers? I think people would definitely volunteer to help seniors with those transitions, but I’m guessing they don’t even think about it unless it’s a family member, you know? I think that would be a great mini series for Wayfair to sponsor, as they did the full house makeover for that family awhile back.

Wow! What a transformation! For anyone who thought 350 sq ft isn’t livable, you just changed our minds. I can’t believe you managed to fit in a sleeping area, dining area/bar, and a living area in a stylish way and managed to keep it from looking cluttered. Great job! ❤

I’m in Europe and had to Google what 300 sq feet would be over here in ‘metric’ world. OMG, ONLY 28 sq meters of living space. I can hardly believe how Drew got such beautiful furniture, etc into such a small space. And it doesn’t even look cluttered! Amazing. My fav finds- that sideboard and that fantastic floor lamp. To die for! I hope Drew will show us Trevor’s reaction to his new flat. It was so much fun to watch that lovely family who got a free makeover, especially the husband! To say he loved it is an understatement. ☺️☺️☺️☺️
Tons of small spaces in Europe, especially the cities. Bedsit is the term in Ireland. Where are you in Europe that you never saw a small space ?

Ok, but for real, I am obsessed with that striped velvet fabric. Loving all of the vintage/collected/MCM but also traditional/Parisian/French vibes in this room. It’s a little bit of everything but blended so nicely and adds so much dimension and interest. Your ability to execute that is what truly sets you apart from the rest of the flock Drew. You are so talented. Job well done ❤

Your genius is vastly underrated.
Must have been his subconscious genius, because the stripes in the velvet really go with the fluting on the bar cart, and the warm rust color of some of the stripes are perfect with the warm colors of the wood. They really tie in so well with each other while being distinct elements.
I would have loved to see Trevar's response to the reveal. The floor lamp is amazing! It all looks great.

When the video began, I had 2 thought: "Trevor keeps his place so neat!" and "Oohhh! He has 2 vintage Pottery Barn Napoleon chairs!" Then you didn't use the chairs!!! Can I have them? They're hard to find now... I have 4 that were bought 26 years ago (yes, that's not a typo), and they would give me seating for 6! You have given Trevor a very stylish space - bravo!

About 4 yrs ago, I was back in China doing my undergrad, I first time ran into this channel. I immediately fell in love with all the cute decoration ideas and also the passion of life from Fox.
However, for someone who don't know, China has a firewall on RUclips and some other website so it's not very convenient to visit them (I needed to access via VPN). So after a few weeks I just quitted to catch up and gradually forget about this channel.
(Pls don't get me wrong, I love my home country and I think there's fair enough reason for the firewall)
Who would know that 4 yrs later I came to LA for master degree (actually it's 3 yrs).
Today I suddenly feel like why don't go see what's new on RUclips. And, the first video on my home page, it's this one. All the memories just flooded back at this moment.
I just wanna say I truly appreciate Fox for creating all the excellent works and share with us. I feel so lucky to find you.

I LOVED this makeover! The only thing i would different is maybe put some sort of a divider between the TV console and the bed to create a sense of privacy and just sectioning off those two areas!

Gorgeous ! And all the objects seem to emanate joy from being in such a harmonious & intentional space ! You are so talented. The only thing I personally don’t love is the number of items in entryway table: I’d remove one or two of them & maybe one off the dresser. Just beautiful tho!! Great job.

Drew, there must simply be magic that lives in your mind waiting to come to life. I get such a traditional Architectural Digest Magazine vibe from this. ( So very 'Foxy', indeed.) The modern elements paired with the Traditional, along with the Lone Fox Flair, is perfection. This feels like a Home, full of warmth, Love, and vibrancy; You are amazing.....!!! I so admire the nod to Frank Lloyd Wright too. You always share creative D.LY.s that feel so repeatable. It is also adorable that You and Justin have some corresponding taste, such as the loveseat. You remind us we also love Marie, even in the absence of her beautiful appearances.

I love how your design skills have evolved from working with the completely different architectural style of your house! Also the practical detail of the little stool next to the bed as a nightstand - you gave it a pop of color that ties in with the other green in the space. And when it's not on, the balance of the orange lamp on the dresser with the orange in the art. Such a balanced peaceful space.

I think one of my favorite aspects of your work is how you bring curvy shapes and more organic lines into a space to prevent overwhelming boxiness. You do a Great job of accents that flow together and reflect each other well ❤
I love how the patches on the back of the sofa echo the dresser front and the mirror and some of the artwork echoes the headboard curves. Personally, I would have used a full size bed to keep from being in front of the window, and make the area seem larger. Love the rug, didn't know they had blends of wool and sisal! Please consider our nerves and use a step stool instead of standing on a pedestal table, lol. I have enough grey hair! Great inspiration, TFS

Reprints are exact copies of an original artwork often on high quality paper not canvas You can glue reprints on hard wood planks or display in a frame behind glass like in this vid.
Prints are Original artwork. Usually commanding a higher price than reprints. Each Print is unque despite many similar prints being made in a 'run'.
There are many ways to make a Print - Batik, Lino cut, Woodcut, Lithograph, Etching, Screenprint etc.

The bygone era bones were so beautiful. I am glad you kept the soft cream as a back drop to your simply wonderful makeover. I really loved all the details, from the huge sculptural lamp…..which really made the space sing with artiness and Lonefoxiness❤. To the weave of the headboard fabric. It looked like raw Thai silk to me. Those beautiful velvety textural stripes on those historic chairs were a perfect match. I really really loved your repurposing! and the history and charm from the FB market book finds….that dresser ❤and the boomerang table and candlesticks were incredible finds. Appreciated a studio makeover. Since I moved into my studio in May I've had to b creative making it work. Love how you created zones of space, sleeping, dining, lounging & entry. Questioned fabric choice in store but you knew your vision & is a stunning finished home. ( Borrowing tips on gallery wall hanging ) Hugs.

My mother in law has a couch from the seventies in that exact stride velvet fabric. It was very popular back then. A lot of people had those couches in either rust or harvest gold.
