Wow. This is one of the best videos I've seen on Apartment Therapy. The sense of light and energy and fun in each of the spaces was just palpable. I felt inspired.
Hey @apartmenttherapy - can you re-upload Jessica's 520 Sq Ft video please - the link looks broken and I don't seem to be able to find her apartment's video on your channel. I have seen it before but and I love love her style and I wanted to use as inspiration. Thanks!
Ok but 800 square feet apts are almost nonexistent. And as a performer (singing and dancing), having a layout where furniture is not in the corners of a 500 or 600 square foot apt is really dangerous and impractical. Show us ideas for what a studio normally is: a plain (no cute alcoves in the wall or fireplaces in the unit) 350-700 square feet apt and then show us how to make it appear larger, unique and eyecatching.
I’m not going to lie some good advice but half of these rooms are hideous and way to cluttered for how small a studio is. I mean if you like it sure but damn you can’t breathe.
edits are sloppy with no storytelling and are more about the editor than the content i.e. 2:56...we don't see the view they are talking about...we don't care about watching them sitting on the sofa with their dog... we are here to see the content they don't allow enough time to see what folks are talking about... linger for a second to allow us to absorb the space
800 sqft studio is wild
I saw one that was 900 sq ft with an upstairs loft I was blown away never knew a studio could get that big the windows were insanely large
For a space that big, you could have a one bed room
Yeah. That is more a 1 br.
One bedroom with no walls.
One bedroom with no bedroom, lol
The apartment with the cloth canopy is beautiful!
It might look nice, but a canopy is nothing more than a dirt/dust catcher.
My favorite
I am totally in love with the bedroom nook idea
That canopy is fabulous

These look like some spacious ass studios
yeah some of them are huge hahaha
The literal first fame has me shaking. All that burnt orange and peach has me squealing. I LOVEEEEE
I enjoyed this particular look back, and in particular, the most excellent choice in the accompanying music.
Every time this video comes across I watch it.. I believe this is my favorite place. Its just such a homey space.
Love this type of tour re: one theme through several homes. Please post more like this.
i adore lyndsay's apartment. everything about it. fabulous!!!!
I love the sleeping nook idea
Loved it!! So neat to see other people try different lay outs! Very inspiring!! 🙌❤️
That purple wall !❤😍 Oh my goodness I loved it ! This was an absolutely wonderful juxtaposition of impressive apartments from all over🙌🏾👏🏾👌🏽
Those are some great spaces.
I love studios! I miss my midtown one..
The first studio was my favorite. Great ideas. Thanks.
Nice layouts. However I chose a custom Murphy’s bed for my condo studio. I did not want to see a bed until it was time to sleep.
Your home is absolutely fabulous!
Wonderful layouts. My only problem with the sleeping nook is how do you change the linens and flip the mattress?
Maybe they pull the bed out 🤔
great solutions!
I agree with the benefit of floating furniture. 💛💛

Curious about the large portrait of Candian Prime Minister Lester Pearson.
😅 the Tragically Hip have lyrics about this in "wheat kings "
Cute place
Love it all
Nice
What happened to Jessica’s original full video?
This is the only place I could still find Jessica's apartment 😭 Anyone know if she has a personal youtube with an apartment tour?
what is the apartment at the very end with the skylight?
My studio apartment was really a closet because I did not have as much space as any of these studios! 😭
The first studio is an open plan apartment lol
white furniture with dog?
I've already seen all the videos in this presentation. Please give me new inspiration.

Oops sorry my mistake

That grating accent , !
Your correct 800 square feet doesn't exist she or her Parents knew someone......You can't go by her model/ layout w/o the space
edits are sloppy with no storytelling

These are all cuts put together. Each person has their own video on their channel.
No no no
What’s with all
The vocal fry?! Hard to listen to.
purple is not a wall colour
Nothing realy nice
