That was a good idea to explain that your store is for everybody. Watching your videos one can get the idea that you only sell to the very rich collectors. What is your "best buy" for a beginner acoustic? What is your "best buy" for a mid range acoustic? What is your "best buy" for a beginner electric? What is your "best buy" for a mid range electric?
How do you feel about very wealthy business men who dont play guitar buying vintage guitars ,not to be played but to be stored away as an investment, do you agree with this , and does this hurt the market,
Hello looking at a newer limited edition (75 made) custom shop USA J-45. A good investment? A combination of beautiful appointments (maple back and sides in burst and great big sound.
Hey Norm! Love your channel and new episodes! Keep them going please! My question is: What guitars do you personally own? And is there one guitar that you had to sell that you really did not want to part with? Thanks and greetings from France!
Could you give some examples of highly collectable accessories? (picks, pots, caps, pedals/effects) Do you collect anything privately? (cars) What would you like to collect/sell besides guitars? Who are three (living) musicians you'd like to have lunch with (You decide whether Keith and Ozzy should be included.)
Do you like fender mustangs? I think they're badass what pedals do like to use on a good fender bass, would that depend on the amp you would incorporate?
Recently I had the chance to buy a Collectors Choice Les Paul, but it did not have the COA book (or any paperwork). How does the lack of a COA or paperwork affect the price, both in the short term and long term. Thanks
I have a 1984 Made In Japan Fender Stratocaster. I love how it feels and how it sounds but online I have read varying opinions about the 80's Japanese strats. What is your opinion of these guitars? Do you ever have them in your shop?
Norm, What's the deal with T-310, S-310 and the latest to cross my path, the bat wing headstock on Epiphones with Gibson on the truss rod covers? Most seem to have come out of Samick in Korea.
Love your videos, if I could ask one thing, when you show us great stuff tell us the price. I love to know how much a guitar costs even though I'll never afford it it's an extra wow factor to a beautiful instrument.

Norm, can you explain how guitars that have custom set ups can have better playability versus factory set ups? And has this changed with the invention of PLEK and computer aided set ups?
Is there a rare guitar registry? I had this idea that people with vintage guitars could register their instruments. It may be illuminating how many vintage guitars are still out there
What are your thoughts on the trend of "relic" on new guitars. Making a brand new guitar to look like it's been played for years? It seems to run counter to the higher value for your vintage guitars in pristine condition. Is it a fad that will pass away in time? Seems inauthentic and counter intuitive.
I shall try again this week.. I'm Helping a nice lady sell her late husband's guitars. She has one that he described as a "1969 Pearl (Brand) Stratocaster, one of 600 made" Any thoughts? Thanks for the videos you guys!
Hello Norm and Nick. If you could build the world's best sounding electric guitar using both vintage and modern parts/electronics how would you go about doing so?To make it more interesting, you have an unlimited budget.
Here's a controversial one; A lot of people believe tone wood doesn't exist with electric guitars. That the only thing affecting the tone, is the electronics. Some people (Scott Grove) have gone so far as to scientifically prove it. Thoughts? Opinions?
