4:15 Hilo frozen in time *is* kinda cool but it comes at a cost. I’m neutral on that topic. It’s full of nostalgia and Aloha spirit warmth that’s stuck in the 90s, late 90s specifically but the result is no new hospitals were even built to support the Ohana of Hilo and there’s not enough doctors there. My goal was to become a GP doctor just to give Hilo side more options but due to other unfortunate circumstances that didn’t happen.

Finally made it to Oahu. Went swimming in Waialua and only saw 4 people on the beach.

Oahu is too touristy but Kauai is amazing. Every island has something different to offer and then city on every island is different.
