Sorry for the long gap between uploads, this is partly down to my busy lifestyle and the fact that these videos take a hell of a long time to research and make. But we keep going......
I had no idea a person could lose so much height as they age. I'm not just going to accept gracefully that it's going to happen to me too. I'm getting an inversion table stat and I'll use it every day.
My great grandmother’s peak height was is 156 centimeters/5’1.5”, but 156 centimeters is a little bit closer to 5’1” than 5’2”, therefore I would say that she is 5’1”. As of today, updated, my grandmother is now 155.5 centimeters/5’1.25”, and she weighs 111 pounds.
My great grandmother’s peak height was 156 centimeters/5’1.5”and she has shrunk half a centimeter, so know, she is 155.5 centimeters/5’1.25” (Yes, I am saying her height with her shoes off.) I cannot believe she has only shrunk half a centimeter, even though she is 93. By the way, 156 centimeters and 155.5 centimeters both round down to 5’1”, so I would say that my great grandmother is 5’1”.

She surprisingly only shrunk half of a centimeter. I think you will stay over 5’0”. Women generally shrink 1-2 inches whenever they get older, but it is random for everyone, and you never know. It also depends what age you currently are, how long you will live, and genetics.
@DataWatch., wow, you replied quite fast, and yes, she is living a very long life is still very happy and healthy! Thank you for another great video! I would love to see more like these!
Looks like most of the ones under 70 have only lost a half inch. Does that mean they have only begun to shrink? Typically, at what age does a person begin losing height? Is it the same for both sexes? Does it happen to everyone? Can it be minimized or even prevented?
I dunno the exact science I won’t lie, but you can start to shrink as early as 40. It definitely starts to speed up after around 65 judging by what my research told me. Regarding preventing it I can’t really help, but good luck 🤞
@@DataWatch. Thanks. Decided to look up the info myself. Learned it can be minimized or prevented with the help of exercise and Vitamin D amongst other things, but of course there are no guarantees. Of course, I figure if it happens, it happens.

Don't worry about it your videos are worth waiting for.
Great video mate, really enjoyed… all these ladies have aged well especially Jane Seymour who never seems to age… nice one mate 👍🏻
Totally agree on that mate
Now i'm afraid of how much height i'm going to lose in future😂.. average lose is around 1.5 inches I guess...good one as always mate😃❤.
I don't think there's too much you can do about it so embrace it when it comes around

It varies from person to person. My wife’s grandad has gone from 5’5 peak and is only 5 foot tall today, although he is 84 lol
Excellent video. I appreciate your time and effort. Thank you.
Thank you so much ☺️
Wow some have shrunk and some have grown. That was a good one showing the years difference

This is pretty remarkable if it’s true
I’m only 5’ 3” to start with so I hope I can stay above 5’ in the future! 😂
On the plus side you will only drop that low if you live a really long time 😉
