Cha cha cha chia!!!!! Every year i take a cardboard box make it into a little house (cut windows and doors and make a roof) then i add sticks, rocks ect... For decoration. Then completely cover it in chia seeds. This year my structure is about 3 ft tall😍

First, thanks for watching 😊😊 yes, I am growing it, cause Google says:
Despite their small size, chia seeds are full of important nutrients. They are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants, and they provide fiber, iron, and calcium . Omega-3 fatty acids help raise HDL cholesterol, the “good” cholesterol that protects against heart attack and stroke.

Hi Candy, I was wondering if sifting the soil, to get out some of the larger pieces of wood, would help the new seeds more?.? What's your thoughts? Thanks. Subbed.

    • @CandysGarden

I don't think the big pieces of wood really matter, chia will grow on just about anything. Thanks for watching & supporting 😊😊
