2005 Yukon, I am having a hard time locating the Part Number for this cabin filter, I want to order the parts and have them ready before opening. I want to complete the job all at once avoiding "Sorry we are out of stock" when I get it apart. A.C. Delco ? or anybody really will be fine.
day2... did not explain or actually show the location of filter#2, you show removing a filter. but you don't actually show where one air filter and second air filter go. perhaps if you would have placed both back in and go thru and explain as you take 2 air filters out................. but i guess you did not want to walk down to the basement (sarcasm ).............
O.K. Here it is for anybody looking to replace there Cabin Air Filter on there 2005 GMC Yukon. Every site has one to sell, Every Manufacture makes one for your 2005 GMC Yukon. Very confusing locating the correct one before starting the project. So, This is what I have learned. There is NO CABIN AIR FILTER on the 2005 GMC Yukon. That's it !!!!!!!
David Ehrhart It maybe like my 2003 ford f150. Its comes sealed with out a filter but you can buy a filter and cut out a piece then the filter goes in and seals it back up.
Well after watching this video I decided to give it a shot. Turns out my truck doesn't have the provisions for replacing the filter. 2003... That bottom piece is a pain in the ass to bolt back in. Oh well!

2003 up to 2006 most of GM trucks & SUV's came with built in cabin filter, to reach it you have to get to the main AC blower, what a bummer

Yes, I found out the hard way too. No access on 04 Z71. And kick panel a Bitch to line up for screws.

My 03 Silverado doesn't have cabin filters. In 03 apparently GMC and Chevy stopped putting cabin filters in.
