your videos are so comforting. there have been so many hard things going on in my life and i really needed this video. i've seen where soup has been served in small pumpkins (bowl sized) and have always wanted to try that. this has inspired me to see if i can find a couple pumpkins to do that.

One suggestion that a professional baker told me was to use use powdered sugar to roll out the crust instead of flour. It will prevent introducing extra flour into the dough and making it tough.

Love your content, you're so good at what you do. Regarding the crust, perhaps you kneaded it too much, I've learned from several other bakers that kneading the dough too much can make it tough 🤷🏻♀ I don't know, but worth looking in to. Thanks for bringing us along on your end of October festivities. I"m sorry the mosquitos ruined your plans but at least you were able to spend some time out there. Great idea to watch it outside on the the "big" screen :)
