I live in Vermont, and this is really how it looks and feels. it’s really cozy and everybody is super nice. it’s sort of amazing how pretty it is sometimes and I’ve always felt lucky to live here. another favorite town of mine is Bristol.

The rainbow made me tear up. My husband and I experienced loss too and were unable to get pregnant for 3,5 years. Then our miracle baby came after seeing a rainbow 🌈 We now have a 1,5 year old and I am currently 13 weeks pregnant with our second child. This baby came without warning and totally took us by surprise, as I imagined we would struggle again and possibly have "just" one little babe. I am in awe of how you are handling this, I hope you take time for sad/angry moments too, as they are just as valid. Thank you for sharing your lovely time in Vermont. 🧡

I had a missed miscarriage too 15 years ago and now have a teenager that is my heart. You never get over losing a baby but your relationship with the memory and pain changes and softens over the years. I pray God gives you a healthy pregnancy really soon and as many children as your heart desires. He is good. You are a brave and beautiful soul 🩷✨

Hello Allison, glad you and Brandon were able to have a nice relaxing getaway after a difficult time. Hope it was healing for you both I am from New England and love to watch your videos and yes, I still learn something new every time I watch your travel vlogs. Thank you for that!!! Even though the winters are incredibly long ,and February and especially March are so difficult as we long for Spring, I can’t imagine living anywhere else. This was hands down my most very favorite video you have ever made! It felt so magical and almost brings tears to my eyes. You beautifully captured the autumn season and cozy little corner of the country that's often overlooked. I absolutely loved this video! You made me so hungry for that sweet potato and black bean burrito that I had to go to the kitchen immediately and dice up my sweet potatoes and roast them! Your trip looked amazing and brought so many great memories back to me. I lost my husband a 46 years last year and Vermont was the last big trip we ever took together. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime trip. We stayed in the Woodstock area so it was nice to see you and your husband enjoying Stowe which was another area we would have loved to have seen. Thank you so much for sharing! This trip was a well-needed trip for you both to help with your healing process. God bless you both.
