Jaise apne koi stock 100 rs mein kharida hai aur stock uper jana shuru ho jata hai aur 105 rs par aa jata hai lekin apko lagta hai ki yeh abhi aur uper jayega lekin saath mein ek dar yeh bhi kahi vapas na gir jaye to kam se kam jo profit mil raha hai woh bana rahe to aap sl order use kar sakte hain .Jaise stock 105 rs par hai aap 104 rs ka sl order laga dijiye aapka 4 rs profit pakka ho gaya agar yahan se stock aur uper jata hai to aap is order ko cancel karke bade price par exit kar sakte hain . yes , type 1- buy in less price and sell higher price this is called long. type 2- sell in higher price if you think stock will fall and buy in lesser price this is called short. in both types you will complete one cycle of trade
He was executing sell trade , but SL hit buy since price increased , when you do sell trade , price of share must go down from the level of your entry . In this case reverse happened .
