Hear, hear!
Full’s Mo Bettah. That’s your bumper sticker for sure David.
And….yep. I didn’t read down in the comments until right before this comment. But, seriously…bumper sticker.
I am a Celtic guitar player David hear has given me so many ideas just watching him he truly is a grand master of the guitar.👍😊
Glad you enjoyed it!
David Grier- the great Guitar Picker ! Thanks very much for these good picking ideas!
The chords he adds in at 7:54...sooo cool!! Gonna have to steal that.
My two most favorite guitarists are J.P. Cormier and David Grier. Not just for their musical ability but the combination of that with their personalities.
Now I know what I have to practice for the next five years!
And, by the way, David Grier seems to be a real gentleman.
Thanks a lot for posting!
Yes indeed he is. Thank you for watching and for your comment!
Great player, and funny dude, too
What a treasure!
Wow. I always wondered how he did the drone notes without using his right hand fingers. This is a game changer! Thank you!!!
Awesome 👌
Great tips. I hear this on his playing a lot
Thanks for listening!

@@DreamGuitars is this a stock d-18 ?
@@Possum_J I believe he's playing one of the Gruhn custom shop Sinker / Adirondack D18s.
Love that sound!!!
Nice! Thanks
I like your terms “empty” then “FULL”. Yup!
Gives it more Juice!
he reminds me of john dawson winter III sporting that beard and top hat.
The secrets to his playing are in the hat.
I gotta get me one, then!
He teased waitin on daddy’s money. dang wish he taught that one!
Wat a weer-doe!
What’s the name of the tune?
May I ask, is that a Bluechip pick he is holding?
I'm not sure, and I don't remember noticing at the time, but it sure looks like it could be.
It is obvious from the pick sound and appearance that he is using a real Tortoise pick.
Why are his fingertips black?
From the strings, mine are like that when I play for awhile
I think from sweeping the chimney
Burn marks!
is that a stock d18 ?
Sinker
His fingertips are numb 😂
